With the rapid socio-economic development and people’s living standards improve, Wulanbuhe irrigation fields water demand will continue to increase. On the one hand due to the recent reduction of the Yellow River water, the other hand, due to the natural structure of water resources and irrigation fields of economic and social development of uncoordinated, over-exploitation of groundwater in some areas, there a small funnel, leading to the destruction of the surrounding ecological environment. Therefore, supply and demand of water resources is more prominent. Aiming at this problem, carried out based on the ecological security of the Wulanbuhe rational allocation of water resources in irrigation fields. and propose appropriate configuration to provide a theoretical basis for the Wulanbuhe irrigation fields water management. The main findings are as follows:(1) Through the investigation and analysis of the irrigation fields Natural geography, social and economic utilization of water resources in order to determine the development and utilization of water resources problems in the process.(2) by responding to the community’s groundwater and vegetation analysis, suitable for the growth of natural vegetation in the water table is 2~3.5m.20 years of field use of irrigation groundwater level dynamic data from groundwater level changes during the year, annual variation and change in terms of spatial and temporal variation in groundwater irrigation fields were analyzed, the results showed that within most areas of irrigation water level decreased, in some areas there has been groundwater funnel, beyond the vegetation suitable water depth.(3) the amount of water for irrigation fields were analyzed, which can make use of surface water and groundwater quantity (after deducting the amount of double counting) was 100.84 million m3, the Yellow River water for many years an average of about 568 million m3. Through the 34 years of the Yellow River runoff analysis, the Yellow River runoff declining, future Yellow River water will be reduced. Nur surface area of remote sensing interpretation of the results of that calculation, the water evaporation nur larger, this part can be used invalid water consumption for irrigation. At the same time slot storage capacity of nearly a decade of Ningmeng segments analyzed and calculated, we can see that the average years Ningmeng segment storage tank is about 559 million m3, but in recent years, flood water is about 30 million, accounting for its 5.4% of the total. Therefore, the development of a large tank storage capacity potential to Gary utilized to address future water shortages for irrigation domain phenomenon.(4) in 2013 as the current situation, the combination of irrigation fields Wulanbuhe economic trends, the level of planning in 2020,2025 year socio-economic development indicators irrigation domains were predicted using the quota method, different irrigation development model domain agricultural, industrial, domestic and ecological water demand under predicted.(5) the rational allocation of water resources in accordance with the purpose and principles Wulanbuhe economic, social and overall efficiency of irrigation field goal to maximize the ecological environment, the establishment of water resources allocation model for solving multi-objective linear programming, configuration results were analyzed to obtain the recommended configuration program to analyze the results and make recommendations accordingly.
