Follow the idea of water management in the new period,the utilization and management of water resources should not only meet the needs of production and living,but also meet the minimum red line for the restoration and improvement of the ecological environment.It is also a necessary choice to realize the green and sustainable development of our country.At present,the water of production and the ecological environment in our country is very contradictory,especially in the arid northwest.The drought in the northwest,and the fragile ecological environment,have exacerbated the conflict between production and ecological water use.This is a major problem in the arid region.To this end,this paper selects the Shizuishan irrigation area as the research area and carries out the following research:(1)Allocation of farmland water resources based on the model of "diversion ditch to drain channel" : Because of the contradiction between production and ecological environment water use,the sustainable development of Shizuishan is restricted.The analysis of the present situation shows that agriculture is the largest water user and has great potential for water saving.Therefore,this paper discusses the problem of water saving in agriculture as the solution to the current water contradiction.Based on the "nature-society water cycle" as the theoretical basis,further study of water cycle in irrigation farmland,combined with the existing pattern of irrigation system,puts forward the irrigation scheme of mixing drainage and ditch water.,which is model of “diversion ditch to drain channel”.The model is put forward,on the one hand increase of farmland irrigation water at the same time also can save some of the water used for ecological environmental water,on the other hand ease the drainage pollution,farmland drainage contains some crops need to grow and nutrients.At the same time,farmland soils can also filter and purify farmland drainage.In order to verify the feasibility of the model of " diversion ditch to drain channel ",this paper chooses the Tanglai and Huinong channels to carry on the case analysis and demonstration.(2)Spatial allocation of water resources based on water network connectivity: Based on the previous research work and foundation,the scheme of water network connection is set up based on the existing lake and Lake Wetland project in Shizuishan.Combined with the irrigation system of farmland,the water allocation and route design of monthly scale are designed to increase the hydrodynamic condition of each connecting element.To realize the connection between lake and reservoir wetland and the construction of ecological corridor in piedmont of west Shizuishan.
