Pleurotus eryngii factory cultivation has become one of the edible fungus cultivation demonstration, this is most of modern agricultural characteristics of twenty-first Century. Ningxia Pengyang county through the pattern of transplanting, grafting and integrated innovation, take the technical means of industrialization into Edible fungus cultivation field. Under the condition of environment and facilities controlled, and gradually realize the road of Large-scale, standardization, and annual production with edible fungus. However, in different growth periods, the environmental factors like temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2 concentration has a large impact on Pleurotus eryngii cultivation. And the same time, its cultivation environment is a non-linear, time-varying and complex system, this condition restricts the Pleurotus eryngii factory cultivation, automation, annual production to achieve a complete directly, which has become a great difficulty of Pleurotus eryngii industry in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia.This paper based on considering the northwest area resource carrying capacity and regional climate change features, combined with the local cultivation experience of Pleurotus eryngii. Summed up the control strategy that suitable for the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii environmental factors of Ningxia, proposes the whole design scheme of the distributed environment monitoring system. Applied of advanced technology of sensor detection, ZigBee and GPRS wireless communication, monitoring and computer processing, Designed of hardware configuration and software function of community-type remote monitoring system for cultivation environment factors of Pleurotus eryngii. PC monitor interface is developed based on Kingview 6.55, not only can realize on-the-spot data dynamic display, trend analysis, historical data query and archiving, and have a bias correction function, which can also according to different growth stages set automatic or manual control pattern. Users can also remotely accessible site operation. What’s more, combined with the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii environment control strategy, design the CO2 concentration fuzzy PID controller, through the DDE dynamic data exchange technology to realize the advanced control algorithm between Matlab and Kingview.The system performance is stable and man-machine interaction is friendly, it’s able to meet the growth environment automatic monitoring requirements in every stage of Pleurotus eryngii in southern mountains area of Ningxia. In addition, the application effect is great and system has good scalability and portability. Therefore the system provided necessary technical support for factory production of local edible fungus.
