Spider work as a kind of predatory natural enemy has the most species, the largest number in tea plantation ecosystem, and it plays an important role in the natural control of pests, Objective evaluation of the tea garden spider’s pest control action is the foundation of protection of spider pests biological control practices and tea ecosystem food web analysis and research. In my paper, a systematic investigation in the field of tea and tea garden spider pest major temporal changes in community dynamics, combined with characteristic sequence amplified region markers, spiders insects feeding experiments in the laboratory, to figure out what kinds of spiders would like hunt the major pests and provide the basis for the evaluation of research on tea spider pest control effect quantitative in tea garden spider community level. The findings are in the May2012to April2013collected by pitfall traps to20families and32species of ground spiders of8841individuals; May2012to December2013were collected through the network to beat canopy22families52species of4194individuals, and at the same time we got Ectropis obliqua1251individuals Empoasca vitis21982individuals.In order to analyze the relationshiop between the number of the ground spiders and the number of Empoasca vitis,we have made many correlation analysis between the number of Gnaphosidae,Liocranidae Lehtinen,Hahniidae and the total number of the ground spiders. And the correlation coefficient were as follows-0.324,0.190,-0.066,-0.323.Through the above data we can draw correlations that the numbers between ground spiders and Empoasca vitis are not significant. In order to analyze the relationshiop between the number of the ground spiders and the number of Ectropis obliqua.we have made many correlation analysis between the number of Gnaphosidae,Liocranidae Lehtinen,Hahniidae and the total number of the ground spiders. And the correlation coefficient were as follows0.093,0.282, -0.389,0.130.Among them,Hahniidae a=0.05, r=-0.389,there is a significant correlation relationship. The other correlations that the numbers between ground spiders and Ectropis obliqua are not significant. In order to analyze the relationshiop between the number of the canopy spiders and the number of Empoasca vitis,we have made many correlation analysis between the number of Salticidae, Theridiidae, Araneidae, Thomisidae and the total number of the canopy spiders. And the correlation coefficient were as follows0.768,0.413,0.330,0.473,0.752. Through the data we can draw correlations that the numbers between Salticidae, Theridiidae, Thomisidae, total number of the canopy spiders and Empoasca vitis are all significant at a=0.01,The Araneidae is significant at a=0.05. In order to analyze the relationshiop between the number of the canopy spiders and the number of Ectropis obliqua,we have made many correlation analysis between the number of Salticidae, Theridiidae, Araneidae, Thomisidae and the total number of the canopy spiders. And the correlation coefficient were as follows0.038,0.154,0.108,0.046,0.004.Through the data we can draw correlations that the numbers between the canopy spiders and are not significant.Laboratory feeding experiments show Salticidae spider showed feeding behavior to Empoasca vitis, while Ectropis obliqua showed no desire to predation.Characterized amplified region sequence verification screening of random primers280, get used to amplify Empoasca vitis specific sequence23, Ectropis obliqua8, subsequent sequencing and other tests need to be carried out.
