With the rapid development of human society, the energy crisis and environmentproblem is increasingly serious, urgent need let hair renewable energy and realizingindustrialization. Biomass energy as the only renewable carbon source, has the characteristicsof can store transport, through rapid pyrolysis can be converted into the tar, gas and coal.Biomass energy utilization ratio increasing, especially biomass carbo nization got greaterdevelopment, the key is to biomass char large-scale use of coking process of tar. The concreteresearch content is as follows:(1) from the point of xinjiang cotton straw resources, combined with the existing literature athome and abroad and the production practice of coking furnace, cotton stalks as the mainresearch object of biomass straw carbonization technology has great prospects fordevelopment. Therefore, design a carbonized machinery for returning after picking cottonstraw carbonization, and tar, wood vinegar, natural gas and other resources will have animmediate economic benefits.(2) this paper expounds the concept and principle of pyrolysis, introduces the process ofbiomass pyrolysis carbonization and pyrolysis products. The basic principle of sorting out thebiomass pyrolysis carbonization. The paper expounds the chemical composition of biomass,oil, and biomass of oil physical and chemical properties.(3) the tar separator is suitable for biomass gasification combustible gas dry method ofremoving tar separation process, and the organic combination of cyclone separator and coolerfor the integration of design, not only set the dry process in addition to the advantages of tar,and can get rid of the tar by cooling more effectively, improve the separation efficiency.Through test, the result shows that the tar separator as the second-stage separator has a higherseparation efficiency and pressure drop is small at the same time, fully meet the biomassgasification process conditions. If it used in the temperature difference is bigger, the boilingpoint in the temperature range fraction more cases, temperature and cooling will be morefavorable to improve the effect of tar purification. Tar separator is simple in structure,convenient operation, reliable operation and low cost advantages, have higher practical valueand application prospect.(4) introduced a new kind of biomass straw carbonization furnace test conditions, the rawmaterial, purpose, method. And the test results are analyzed, and concluded the factorsinfluencing coking, at the same time for the effectiveness of the oil and gas separation plant isverified; In the actual production process, the biomass straw without crushing compactionpacking, simply pack of coking reaction, fixed carbon content and reaction of the charcoaland carbonized specific surface area has achieved satisfactory results, meet the practical valueof the production of the reality.
