Object:China is biggest grape production country in world. With increasing consumption level and food health consciousness, grape production has gradually transferred from quantity to quality. In Shihezi area, there were200000acres of grape production base. Because grape production mainly depend on irrigation and need a large amount of water. With the grape production area expanding continually, agricultural water need will exceed water providing. Water-saving cultivation techniques must be implemented. Drip irrigation can save the limited water resources and improve the grape quality. Carrying out water-saving irrigation of grape cultivation is quite urgent and important. Methods:This study carried out at121group of Shihezi. The grape cultivar was Crimson Seedless Fertilization and other management were uniform. Experiment with furrow irrigation volume350m3/667m2was control. The220m3/667m2250m3/667m2,280m3/667m2, and300m3/667m2drip irrigation quantity.were setted Three repeatsfor each irration quatity, Each repeat area was667m2, Irrigation quantity was controlled by a separate water meter and valve in each cell. Shoot diameter, leaf area and fruit yield, fruit quality were studied. Results:Results showed that branches diameter at the base of roughness increased with increasing of irrigation quantity. Branches diameter at220m3/667m2Irrigation quantity was the minimum,6.27mm. Branches diameter at300m3/667m2Irrigation quantity was the largest, the diameter of branches of9.24mm. Branches diameter at280m3/667m2(the diameter of branches8.65mm) and control (8.58mm) had not difference. With the increasing of irrigation quantity, leaf area and leaf area index increased gradually. Leaf area and leaf area index at220m3/667m2and of250m3/667m2irrigation quantity were lower than that of control. Leaf area and leaf area index at280m3/667m2irrigation quantity were not difference with control. While, Leaf area and leaf area index at300m3/667m2irrigation quantity were higher than that of control. With the increasing of irrigation quantity, fruit soluble solids and dry matter content decreased gradually. Fruit soluble solid content and dry matter at drip irrigation condition were higher than that of control. With the increasing of irrigation quantity, fruit weight increased gradually. Fruit weight at220m3/667m2and250m3/667m2irrigation quantity condition were lower than that of control Fruit weight at280m3/667m2and300m3/667m2irrigation quantity condition were higher than that of control. With the increasing of irrigation quantity, yield also increased gradually, Yield at220m3/667m2and250m3/667m2irrigation quantity were lower thanthat of control. Yield at280m3/667m2and300m3/667m2rrigation quantitywere higher than that of contro. The irrigation amount at280m/667m2, can guarantee the grape yield and fruit quality..Conclusion:Results show that with the increasing of drip irrigation quantity, shoot diameter, leaf area and yield increased gradually. While, the fruit quality decresed. Compared with the conventional furrow irrigation, There were not significant different to grape leaf index and yield between280m3/m2drip irrigation condition and control. While, the fruit quality were improved. In Shihezi area, the appropriate annual irrigation amount was280m3/667m2at drip irration condition for Crimson Seedless Grapes.
