Membrane under the drip irrigation technology has been in Xinjiang saline-alkali land exploitation and utilization of saline-alkali land and secondary prevention has been employed, cotton irrigation system, irrigation methods constantly and subject to change with the progress of science and technology, nowadays combining autumn ploughing winter irrigation, for agricultural water, irrigation, were pressed alkali water impounding water resource utilization as well as the field crops, such as soil conservaton reasonable optimization, in order to achieve efficient high-quality water utilization of agricultural water effect, in order to promote the sustainable utilization of water resources development. This paper use important irrigation experimental station of ShiHezi in Xinjiang production and construction corps salt water temperature change characteristics of winter irrigation test data, draw lessons from domestic and foreign research results foundation, on cotton under the condition of winter irrigation on the different irrigation quota, irrigation within one week after the different characteristics of the distribution of soil salt test comparison, and winter irrigation to different winter irrigation mode for the following year film with drip irrigation of cotton seedling the effect of soil water and salt and its influence on cotton growth and yield in the following year the processing of experimental data and theoretical analysis, mainly the following preliminary conclusions are drawn:(1) the comprehensive analysis of the role of salt-leaching, big fixed drip irrigation and fixed irrigation is better for the coming year to create a good growth environment for crops, and small quota of irrigation in arid areas in xinjiang is not suitable for evaporation conditions, more easily in winter irrigation can effectively keep the soil moisture in the form of drip irrigation water keep moisture, make the winter spring of water use and comprehensive consideration of the complexity of the farmland water and salt migration, finally determined primarily by a large quota drip irrigation is the best, which is3000m3/hm2.(2) the following year of the cotton seedling moisture observation found that when the small quota of irrigation is no obvious difference compared with the winter irrigation, and when the winter irrigation water quota, the greater the moisture content in soil in drip irrigation and flood irrigation are compared with the winter irrigation found when moisture content is higher, especially in the0-200cm soil water content were higher than in the winter irrigation under the condition of soil moisture, and drip irrigation water content is higher than the flood irrigation water content, moisture under250cm depth of soil moisture content after a winter of freezing and thawing water and the difference of content of winter irrigation soil is not obvious.(3) the following year of the cotton seedling salt observation found that cotton magnetism of soil salt content are low, and drip irrigation, flood irrigation, the winter irrigation way each are not identical, small quota winter irrigation, on a scale of0-150cm soil salinity are the drip irrigation<flood irrigation<not winter irrigation,150cm to300cm soil salt content were not obvious difference, the winter irrigation soil0-150cm soil salt content is more than150-300cm soil layer, drip irrigation, flood irrigation mode of soil salt content are only relatively small fluctuations. Winter irrigation water volume, the higher the moisture content of salt leaching, the more obvious, drip irrigation method with soil depth, the greater the salt, salt in the soil after flooding and moisture migration trends are similar, are haphazard.(4) for the following year after winter irrigation of cotton growth and yield analysis found that, after the winter irrigation, plant growth is relatively stable after the plant height control in80-100cm, the relatively slow growth trend of vertical height from the bud stage, winter irrigation drip irrigation way after the growth period of cotton plant height under different irrigation modes showed that plant height increased with the increase of winter irrigation water quota has a tendency to rise3600>3000>2400>1800>1200m3/hm2. Winter irrigation irrigation way after the plant height under different irrigation water gradient gap compared with drip irrigation is small; Leaf area is has a rapid growth to the trend of growth, with the increase of irrigation quota, irrigation is greater than the flood irrigation is greater than the winter irrigation value of leaf area, and the winter irrigation water quota, the greater the average leaf area per plant cotton.(5) by the data, according to the theory of winter irrigation cotton output a value of375.896kg/mu, for winter irrigation cotton after its largest irrigation quota theory yield as high as423.503kg/mu, this shows how much winter irrigation water quota of indirect influence on the output of cotton, winter irrigation water quota of1200,1800, it found that drip irrigation and flood irrigation of cotton fields theory of cotton production in about380kg/mu, with the winter irrigation theory of cotton production were similar, and when the irrigation quota, the greater the theory of cotton production is becoming more and more big, positively related basic trend.(6) winter irrigation as a relief measures, the cost is low, popularization and application has very important practical significance and economic benefit is obvious, the water use efficiency, to increase production.
