To identify the immunization antibody level and infection of Classical swine fevers in theShiHeZi., thus to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control of classica swine feverIn current situation,the experiment was carried out from the following aspects.1. The Monitoring of immunization antibody level of Classical swine fevers in the ShiHeZiTo identify the immunization antibody level,2680pigs from54pig farms in ShiHeZiSurrounding areas were conducted blood testing on the immunization antibody byEnzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The test resμLts show that2191samples were Positivesamples, The positive rate is81.8%(2191/2680). The positive rates in7areas(A~G) were83.1%,82.9%,78.3%,83.9%,80.7%,81.7%,87.0%. It showed that Antibody titers rangefrom1:32to1:256, titers below1:32stand as18.2%, and1:32stands as5.3%,1:64stands as10.9%,1:128stands as46.0%,titers over1:256stands as19.6%.Different categories of pigs wereAnalyzed and it showed that the antibody level of scaled farms(over80%) is higer higher thesmall farms(73.1%),the boar is the highest(91.5%) and the fatting pig is the lowest (71.3%).theantibody level of sows grows with the Childbirth times.the piglets have the lowest antibody level(69.7%)when29~35days old.2. Laboratory diagnosis of classical swine fever in experimental farms96suspected swine fever epidemic materials from piglets without vaccination were collectedfor the Detection of classical swine fever virus.The sample from4scaled pig farms were detectedby nested RT-PCR,it showed that the The positive rate is78.5%.Specifically,farm A is64.2%,farmB is47.2%, farm C is48.1%, farm D is45.5%.A part of samples were chosed for cloning andDetermination of the sequence. ResμLts were compared to sequences of all stains in GenBank,Nucleotide Homology is79%-100%,they all belongs to E2gene of classical swine fever..The8positive samples were made into Tissue suspension and used to Rabbits InocμLatedExperiment.All rabbits did not have Stereotypes thermal reaction. So the four pig farms werediagnosed to be Sporadically infected by classical swine fever virus based on RT-PCR, Morbidity,mortality and pathological changes.3. Investigation the case of mixed infections on CSFV,PRRSV,PCV-2To identify the the case of mixed infections,the positive samples were detected on PRRSVand PCV-2, it showed that the positive rate of PRRSV is30.1%, PCV-2is31.5%.Some pigs areinfected with CSFV,PRRSV,PCV-2mixed. Pigs with only CSFV stand as58.9%(43/73).
