Study In The Countermeasures Of The Sunflower Production Development In Heilongjiang Province

The production of sunflower at home and abroad were understanded through the references.Theformation and development of sunflower planting and spread were studied, the developmental condition,productional scale and economic benefits of sunflower in Heilongjiang province were researched, too.The service consciousness of technical base to farmer and the technical application of farmer wereinspected. The influence of business structure and other sides for the production were analyzed. Thesuggestions of planting and popularizing sunflower in Heilongjiang province were provided throughanalyzing the question and developmental environment.The problem of sunflower planting and popularizing were introduced through analyze theproduction status of sunflower in Heilongjiang province, China and the world, and the ecologicalbenefits and economic benefits of sunflower production in Heilongjiang province. The popularizing andapplication of confectionery varieties sunflower Longshikui1, Longshikui2, Liushikui3, confectioneryhybrid Longshiza1and oliseed hybrid Longkuiza7were used to analyze variety characters, growingcharacters, yield, quality and oil content and the economic benefits to planting sunflower.Through analysis, we found a lack of funding in Heilongjiang Province sunflower industry, hightransport costs, backward technology, and variety market confusion, In this paper, proposed strategiesand advices applied according to the problems of sunflower industry in Heilongjiang province: thebreeding of new hybrids and the research of integrated technology of control diseases and pets shouldbe strength.We also should enhance investment and police support to build the modern sunflowerproduction base, support the development of sunflower processing enterprises, strengthen the researchand utilization on deep processing technology of sunflower by-products, and fasten the communicatingconstruction of the whole sunflower industry. Those may be the inevitable choices for the developmentof Heilongjiang sunflower industry.
