This study detected the different months old Altay sheep lambs`different tissues MSTN/Smadsignaling pathway genes(MSTN,Smad2,Smad3,Smad4,TGFBR1,TGFBR2) expression levels byquantitative PCR technique and using SPSS statistical analysis software to analys the0month and6months old lambs MSTN/Smad singnaling path way genes expression levels in different tissuesrespectively,as well as analysed the0~6months old lambs MSTN/Smad singnaling path way genesexpression levels in muscle and fat.analysed the correlation of MSTN/Smad singnaling path way genesexpression levels and weight, body size,slaughter rate and other indicators understand the expressioncharacteristics of altay lambs MSTN/Smad singnaling path way genes,master the mechanism of action andexpressoion laws of Altay sheep MSTN/Smad singnaling path way genes and provide a theoretical basis forimprove the Altay lambs meat production performance and quality.Firstly, quantitative research of altay sheep lambs`MSTN mRNA expression the expression levels ofMSTN mRNA at0months old lams`longissimus muscle was highest, MSTN mRNA expression in lungwas lowest;the MSTN mRNA expression levels in triceps fomoris of6months old lambs were highest,theMSTN mRNAexpression levels in intenine of6months old lambs was lowest.MSTN was expressed in themuscle of0~6month lambs; the expression levels of MSTN was gradually upwarded from0month to4month,was gradually declined from4month to6month in muscle. The expression levels of MSTN weregradually upwarded from0month to6month in fat.Secondly, quantitative research of altay sheep lambs`Smad2、Smad3、Smad4mRNA expressionThe expression levels of Smad3mRNA of0months old lambs`s biceps femoris, semitendinosus,longissimus dorsi and sleen was singnifacantly highest than the lung a(P<0.05); the expression levels ofSmad4mRNA in heart was significantly highest than the lung(P<0.05); the expression levels of Smad2mRNA in longissimus dorsi of6month old lamb was significantly highest than the other tissues(P<0.05),the expression levels in lung was lowest, the expression levels of Smad3, Smad4mRNA in tricepsfemoris, biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus, longissimus dorsi was significantly higherthan fat, heart, lung, liver, spleen, intestine(P<0.05);the expression levels of Smad2mRNA in musclesand fat of3and4months old lams was significantly higher than other months`s expressin level(sP<0.05);at4month the expresson levels of Smad3in muscle and fat was higher than other month(P<0.05);at3month the expresson levels of Smad4in muscle was higher than other month(P<0.05);at4month theexpresson levels of Smad4in fat was higher than other month(P<0.05).Thridly, quantitative research of altay sheep lambs`TGFBR1, TGFBR2mRNA expression The expression levels of TGFBR1mRNA were highest in heart of0month old lambs, the expressionlevels in lung of0month old lambs was lowest;the expression levels of TGFBR2mRNA in heart, sleen,kidney and liver was most significant higher than triceps femoris, semitendinousus, semimembranosus,longissimus dorsi, fat, lung, hear(tP<0.01), significantly higher than biceps femori(sP<0.05).at6monthold,the expression levels of TGFBR1mRNA in Triceps femoris,Biceps femoris, Semitendinosus,Semimembranosus, Longissimus Dorsi was significantly higher than heart,liver,sleen and intestine(P<0.05); at6month old, the expression levels of TGFBR2mRNA in Triceps femoris,Biceps femoris,Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus, Longissimus Dorsi was significantly higher than fat,heart,liver,sleenand kidney(P<0.05); the expression levels of TGFBR1mRNA in muscel of4~6month old lambsignificantly higher than other other month(P<0.05).the expression levels of TGFBR1mRNA in fat of2month old lamb significantly higher than other other month(P<0.05). the expression levels of TGFBR2mRNA in muscle of2month old lamb significantly higher than other other month(P<0.05). theexpression levels of TGFBR2mRNA in fat of2month old lamb significantly higher than other othermonth(P<0.05).Fourthly, the correlation analysis between MSTN/Smad signaling pathway gene expression levels andgrowth, meat production indicatorsThe correlation between MSTN and Smad3expression levels was significant positive(r=0.905,P<0.01), between MSTN and Smad2、Smad4、TGFBR1、TGFBR1has no significant correlation(P>0.05);the correlation between Smad2and Smad3gene expression levels was significant positive(r=0.758,P<0.05), the correlation between Smad2and Smad4was most significant correlation(r=0.895,P<0.01),between Smad2and TGFBR1、TGFBR1gene expression has no significant correlation(P>0.05);betweenSmad3、Smad4、TGFBR1、TGFBR2gene expression has no significant correlation(P>0.05); thecorrelation between TGFBR1and TGFBR2was most significant correlation(r=0.998,P<0.01). thecorrelation between MSTN expression levels and weight was significant negative(r=0.997,P<0.01),hasno significant correlation with body height,body length,chest,carcass weight,slaughter rate (P>0.05);Smad2expression levels has no significant correlation with weight,body height,body length,chest,pipecircumference,carcass weight,slaughter rate(P>0.05). the correlation between Smad3expression levelsand weight was significant negative(P<0.05). between Smad4、TGFBR1、TGFBR2expression levels andweight,body height,body length,chest,pipe circumference,carcass weight,slaughter rate has no siginificantcorrelation(P>0.05).
