Eulecanium gigantea is a harmful pest and its hazard is serious. It has wide distribution with highreproductive rate, and it can be transported over long distances by seedling propagation. In1996, the StateForestry Department designated as national forest plant quarantine. From the early1970s, was introducedinto Xingjiang. Since that the production of fruit trees and ornamental plants pose a serious threat. How toeffectively and continuously control Eulecanium gigantea damage and spread, has become urgent to solvethe technical problems of the development of fruit industry in Xinjiang. In this thesis, to date in Eulecaniumgigantea and its sympatric natural enemys occur for the study, evaluation of natural enemies to controlparasitic and natural enemyy role of Eulecanium gigantea. The results were as follows:1. Eulecanium gigantea occurred one generation a year in the Xinjiang, fixed in the2to5-year-oldbranches by the2instar nymph in winter, The growth is interrelated with the development of jujube treephenology closely. The nymphal stage occurred the largest and the longest in the field of fluctuation. Themaximum single female fecundity was13,000. Nymph can crawl1-3days in the branches, and thentransferred to the front blade fixed feeding. Jujube leaves of nymphs transfer from leaf to branch,multi-select old branches wintering in the lower half of1-2years.2.The establishment of Eulecanium gigantea life tables, evaluate their natural enemys under naturalconditions, the role of Eulecanium gigantea control populations of Kuwana: Due date Eulecanium giganteaacross generations and long-term exposure to the external environment, therefore, the key period of insectnymphs and adult stage of the control factor is mainly a natural death. Females lay eggs of parasitic waspsin absolute control to play the role of their fecundity. Each of the number of surviving insects showed adownward trend in the number of population of the next generation of contemporary population of about34times.3. The use of SCAR markers, by detecting a single head of natural enemys large intestine Eulecaniumgigantea residues, the initial identification of Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang jujube orchards in Scale naturalenemys prey species composition, natural enemys prey in Scale Experimental results show that: in XinjiangAksu Prefecture, Eulecanium gigantea natural enemy covering three projects, six families,10species.Including Rodolia limbata Motschulsky, Chilocorus gem inuszaslavskij, Adonia variegate,Hippodamiatredecimpunctata, Xysticus cristatus, Consecuta, Microlinyphia pusilla, Misumenopos tricuspidata,Cybocephalus niponieus, Chrysopa formosa Brauer, there are four kinds not reported: Adonia variegata,Hippodamia tredecimpunctata, Xysticus cristatus, Misumenopos tricuspidata. The study investigated theEulecanium gigantea not many species of natural enemies, but in the Eulecanium gigantea Populationcontrol also plays an important role, in order to fully protect the use of local natural natural enemys tocontrol the Eulecanium gigantea occurrence and damage important guidance.
