Corn is one of the main crops in Xinjiang, with food, classics, fruit, feed, energy and othermulti-purpose, is the foundation and pillar of livestock breeding industry and is also the importantindustrial raw materials. Based on the research of maize cropping patterns, agronomic requirements, withthe level of mechanization, process and production conditions in the main corn zone of Xinjiang, this paperanalyzes and discusses the configuration optimization of agricultural machinery system and scale operationand other issues in Wenquan County, the advantages of producing corn in Xinjiang, to obtain maximumeconomic benefits with minimal investment,and provides a theoretical reference Xinjiang scale mechanizedplanting corn and implements the optimal allocation.(1) It describes the basic situation analysis and production status of mechanized maize production inXinjiang, and studies the cropping patterns and agronomic requirements in the north and south of maizecropping systems in Xinjiang region, and clears the technical requirements for corn productionmechanization aspects of each aspect.(2) Based on the analysis of natural climatic conditions in Wenquan County, agricultural production onthe main operating machinery were alternative; using accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA) projectionpursuit classification (PPC) model, the six kinds of alternative power Selection of studies conducted andthe pros and cons of mechanical sorting, selected the four kinds of large and medium tractors as powermachinery, to get a more satisfactory result for the selection of agricultural research system offers a newway.(3) Based on the existing conditions of agricultural production capacity in Wenquan County,established the annual Hot Springs County wheat and maize production mechanization processes; usingnonlinear programming method to establish a mathematical model to calculate by LINGO softwareagricultural system operating cost and timeliness of loss and target the best with the amount of agriculturalsystems. And the program has been improved, programs and linear optimization and improvement in thepre-economic indicators were compared, they cite a reasonable degree of farm machinery and equipmentconfiguration and appropriate share of farm machinery and equipment programs for improved quantitativeanalysis and comprehensive evaluation. The results shows that improvement and nonlinear optimizationprogram with a program better than the other with its relatively reasonable structure of agriculturalequipment, production efficiency is better.(4) This paper identifies the program of configuration optimization of different scale in WenquanCounty, and from the perspective of farmers, agricultural contract farming enterprises and agriculturalcooperatives, it build a mathematical model which is suitable for mechanization scale operation of sowingcorn in Wenquan County, and determined the optimal scale under the three operating modes, andmaximizes the best fit and agricultural enterprises and farmers to cultivate it both mechanical and landrevenue.
