In this paper, hybrid progeny of Korla fragrant pear was selected as the research object. Plant trait ofthree-year hybrid seedlings were observed and the SRAP genetic diversity were analyzed on hybridseedlings whose male parent was Yali to cluster the genetic relationships of hybrid progeny on molecularlevel. Meanwhile, the results of the growth characteristics of the current hybrid varieties of Korla fragrantpear were observed and compared. And then, Xinli No.7, the high-quality and the results of the growthcharacteristics of its hybrid progeny pollinated once again were compared. The main results are as follows:1. During the juvenile period of hybrid seedlings, its leaf size, shoot length and roughness of the baseshowed a fast-slow growth pattern. It grew faster in the initial stage of growth, while it grew more slowly inmiddle to late May until it stops growing. In the12of hybrid combinations, there is a strong growthpotential in hybrid seedlings whose male parent were Cuiguan, Suanli, Pingguoli, Zaosu, and the blade isbigger and more hypertrophic.2. Sequence related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers were employed to analyze the geneticdiversity and relationships of hybrid progeny of Korla fragrant pear whose male parent was Yali, thesoftware NTSTS-pc was applied to analyze the results of SRAP-PCR. A total of172DNA bands wasamplified using10specific and stable primers selected from168primers,112of which was polymorphic. The average number of polymorphic DNA bands amplified by each primer was17. Based on clusteranalysis with the SRAP makers, the genetic distance range among the hybrid progeny and their parents wasfrom0.49~0.77. At the genetic distance of0.49, the hybrid progeny were clustered into2main groups, hybrid progeny from each groups with one parent have close relationship, in DNA level to justifying thegenetic diversity of hybrid progeny of fragrant pear.3. Contrast with Korla fragrant pear, the phenological period is basically consistent with Korla fragrantpear during the growth process of its hybrid varieties. The growth characteristics of leaves, branches andfruits are basically similar to the dynamic growth curve of Korla fragrant pear, neither with the growthcurve. The blades of hybrid varieties has a lessening tendency. However, the growth of branches and fruitsize showed a strong heterosis such as larger and rounded fruit, short and thick carpopodium. Combinedexternal quality and internal quality of the fruit, the fruit quality of Xinli No.7was better. It was a kind ofearly maturity varieties, an excellent hybrid varieties of Korla fragrant pear.4. Both of the tree body features and the growth characteristics of hybrid progeny of Xinli No.7weresuperior to Xinli No.7. For oval blades and larger leaf area, transverse diameter of fruit was boldsignificantly. The fructescence was15days after Xinli No.7. But excessive growth was easy to germinateleggy branches, which was bad for nutrient absorption and light distribution. Among the hybrid progeny ofXinli No.7, fruit comprehensive economic feature of Jinchuan×Xinli No.7was excellent, such as large fruit, average fruit shape, small core, little sclereid, crisp taste, hard fruit and more resistant to storage andtransportation than Xinli No.7. From the perspective of Gs, Tr, Ci and WUE, hybrid progeny whose maleparent was Dangshanli showed strong photosynthetic characteristics. They had dark green blades, betterwater use mechanism so as to adapt to drought conditions.
