This study was based on the research progress of absorption mechanism of colostrum IgG inthe intestinal and its factors. Considering the pH affecting Fc receptor transports of IgG, thestructural integrity of IgG, the content of IgG, different kinds of oral preparation weresupplemented with newborn lambs, observed the effect of passive immunity, and provided areference for sheep production practices.40newborn lambs were randomly divided into5groups, control group, trialⅠ,trialⅡ, trialIII and trial IV according to birth weight. Each group had8newborn lambs. Each groups wassupplemented with saline, phosphate buffer, phosphate buffer containing soybean trypsininhibitor, phosphate buffer containing spray-dried plasma protein, phosphate buffer containingsoybean trypsin inhibitor and spray-dried plasma protein at12h after birth. Collecting plasma atbefore feeding and3h after feeding, weighing at7days old, selecting5newborn lambs in eachgroup for collecting faeces during3days after birth. Results showed that compared with beforefeeding, the concentration of IgG in plasma of newborn lambs of trial I, III and IV wereincreased19.68%(P>0.05),38.71%(P>0.05),43.89%(P>0.05),respectively. But theconcentration of IgA in plasma of newborn lambs were increased25.28%(P>0.05),6.13%(P>0.05),22.71%(P>0.05)respectively. but the concentration of IgG in plasma of newbornlambs of control group, trial II was decreased3.01%(P<0.05),29.06%(P<0.01),22.28%(P<0.01),36.90%(P<0.05)compared with before feeding, the concentration of IgA inplasma of newborn lambs was decreased29.06%(P<0.01),22.28%(P<0.01)respectively.The concentration of total protein, albumin in plasma of trial groups were increased, but thedifference was significant(P<0.05), the output amount of DM, total protein, soluble protein,IgG, IgA in feces of trial groups were lower than control group. Among each trial groups, thebody weight gain at7day-old were no significant difference(P>0.05), compared with controlgroup. This present study showed that the concentration of IgG, IgA in plasma of newborn lambswere increased by oral supplemented with phosphate buffer, phosphate buffer containingspray-dried plasma protein and the composition of phosphate buffer, spray-dried plasma protein, soybean trypsin inhibitor at12h after birth. However, the concentration of IgG, IgA in plasma ofnewborn lambs was decreased by oral supplemented with phosphate buffers containing soybeantrypsin inhibitor; And the body weight gain was not significantly affected by supplemented with4kinds of oral preparation.
