Changji desert shrub forest rodent due to anthropogenic deforestation,reclamation of arid less water, fewer predators and other reasons for desert forest ecosystem worsening year by year, rodent damageincreased year by year, a lot of rodent rampant activities destroyed thedesert forest ecosystem, leading to further deterioration of the ecological environment, is facing a devastating disaster. This paper uses thestandard survey, visual survey, catching method survey, survey ofdesert forest rodent species, species of natural enemy night methodsurvey method standard clamp, to find out the relationship betweenrodent and various environmental factors. Take biological, chemical,physical prevention and control measures for the species, and the effect was evaluated. The main results are as follows:1, desert forest rodent species in Changji include Meriones meridianus(Meriones meridianus), three toed jerboa (Dipus helped sagitta Pallas),great gerbil (Rhombomys opimus). The survey found that capture gerbilsrats (Meriones meridianus) neutron afternoon) in proportion than for the7.06%toed jerboa, helped (Dipus sagitta Pallas) is2.24%, great gerbil(Rhombomys opimus)1.65%. Meriones meridianus is Changji city in thedesert forest rodent species.2, Changji city in the desert forest natural enemies have21species,belonging to3classes,4orders,9families,14genera, mainly has the wolf (Canis lupus), weasel (Mustela sibirica), long legged Buzzard (Buteorufinus)(Accipiter), kite, kestrel (Falco tinnunculus), short eared owl(Asio flammeus), red fox (Vulpes vulpes), etc., wherein the red fox, Falco tinnunculus, long legged Buzzard were dominant species.3, the number of Changji City, desert forest rodent population density,visual hole hole group coverage rate was positively correlated withHaloxylon ammodendron victimization, no correlation between themaximum amount and population density of rat hole, the maximumamount, population density and rat hole hole group coverage rate had significant positive correlation. Survey found a high degree of desertrodent damage area, dense distribution of Haloxylon ammodendronsand site environment; the harm degree lower areas, mostly clayHaloxylon Haloxylon ammodendron distribution is sparse or not. Thedesert Haloxylon ammodendron sand land, Changji city is the mainhabitat of desert forest rodent proliferation of survivalRegion kestrels and long legged Buzzard point number were observed inDistrict6of the number of times and11times were observed in thecontrol area, Changji City, the implementation of4desert forest rodents control natural enemies to test, there are a large number of natural enemies of feces and vomit perch, bird’s nest box, artificial nest boxes,and feces and vomit compounds are found in harmful rat hair and bone,the density of rats decreased by3%. Sterility control not see significant change in population density in the1-2pregnant period. Device control effect of poison bait protection as88.2%, which can protect the bait,reduce pollution, is conducive to the protection of natural enemies.Preventing gnawing agent average control rate was100%, aversioneffect on mice obviously.
