Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley was a kind of quarantine pests found recently in China, and also was one of invasionharmful organisms in xinjiang. Xinjiang’s geographic location, climate conditions and vegetation resources was favorable tothe occurrence, spread and harm of the bug. It had not effective natural enemies in xinjiang to control its occurrence anddevelopment, so which spread rapidly and had potential threat. This study research the The biological characteristics, ecological characteristics and chemical control methods, put forward the Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley emergencyeradicate technology.①Observed the development progress, the survival rate and hazard situation in cotton, tomato, eggplant, watermelon, marigold, results show that: the development period of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley had no obvious difference in differentthe host, the survival rate has a certain difference. Its average survival rate in five kinds of host plant for cotton﹥eggplant﹥tomato﹥watermelon﹥marigold. it could be seen, the high survival rate was one of the keys for Phenacoccus solenopsisTinsley easily cause disaster in cotton. Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley main harm the host plant leaves, coused yellowingleaves, atrophy, toward inside curly, leaf loss and other symptoms②In order to explore its adaptability in fields, mortality rates and developmental conditions of Phenacoccus solenopsisTinsley were observed in this paper after different processing time (12h,24h and36h) in artificial climate chamber (12L:12D)at different high temperatures (37℃,39℃,41℃,43℃and45℃) and different relative humidity levels (20%,30%,50%,70%and90%). The results showed that mortality rate of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley decreased with temperatureincrease, but there were no significant differences between groups with different processing time within the range of37℃to43℃, and the survival rate at a temperature of45℃decreased as the processing time increased. Ambient humidity had noinfluence on its survival rate but a great influence on its developmental period--the higher the humidity was, the shorter thedevelopmental period became. According to outdoor test results, Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley in Xinjiang could survivewith high and drought temperature, and was able to complete its life cycle in the wild on summer.③In order to study the effective emergency medicament for eradicate Phenacoccus solenopsis tinsley. We usedrespectively medicament for soil treatment test and agents for fumigation processing test in the indoor. The results showedthat the order of8kinds of medicament virulence under soil processing were: chlorpyrifos480g/L ec>acetamiprid5℅ec>fenvalerate-malathion45℅ec>imidacloprid200g/L soluble concentrate>efficient cypermethrin4.5℅ec>sulfurconsumed methomyl30℅ec>lambda-cyhalothrin25g/L ec>c bromine·phoxim24℅ec. Fumigation treatmentexperimental results showed that5kinds of medicament virulence to Phenacoccus solenopsis tinsley from big to small were:profenofos40%ec>avi, chlorpyrifos42%ec>20%cyanide e, marathon ec>the horse cyanide phoxim26%ec>15%fluorine worm nitrile chlorine benzamide; The fumigation treatment effect was better than soil, among them with theprofenofos40%ec and avi, chlorpyrifos42%ec smoked kill effect obviously, control effect up to97.8%and91.1%. The soiltreatment effect was poorer, in which the chlorpyrifos480g/L ec was the highest, but only up to40.24%.
