In this paper, we conducted a preliminary study on morphological characteristics, biological characteristics, developmental threshold temperature, threshold temperature, effective accumulated temperature,fat content before and after overwintering and chemical control of Phenacoccus Solenopsis Tinsley and Aenasius bambawalei Hayat. The results showed that the Phenacoccus Solenopsis Tinsley exhibits sexual dimorphism; At 30℃conditions,developmental period of the egg and larvae is 3.8±0.10h,4.5±0.50d,2.3±0.26d,3.2±0.17d,respectively. Preoviposition is 8.1±0.06d; developmental threshold temperatures of egg is 14.07℃, and effective accumulated temperature is 10.12 day-degrees, Developmental threshold temperatures of larve is 7.50℃,14.74℃,13.65℃, respectively;Fat content before and after overwintering is 35.86% and 4.9%, respectively.Based on the biological research of Phenacoccus Solenopsis Tinsley, this paper provides a theoretical basis and effective treatment measures for the prevention of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley.Aenasius bambawalei Hayat are nymph-adult parasitic wasps;at 28℃conditions, the generation development duration of Aenasius bambawalei Hayat is shorter to 17.8d, Developmental threshold temperatures of adults, eggs, larvae, pupae of Aenasius bambawalei Hayat is 14.42℃,15.29℃,14.89℃,15.18℃; Effective accumulated temperature of adults,eggs, larvae, pupae is 87.92 day-degrees,9.74 day-degrees, 68.41 day-degrees,75.84 day-degrees, respectively; there was 9 generations of Aenasius bambawalei Hayat occurred in Chasha provience per year.40% supracide methidathion and 3% acetamiprid on the best prevention and treatment of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley,the chemical control effect on nymph after 5d is up to 98.72% and 95.01% respectively, the chemicalcontrol effect on adult after 9d is reach to 89.89% and 89.15%.Based on the biological research of Aenasius bambawalei Hayat, this paper provides a theoretical basis and effective treatment measures for the prevention of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley.
