The stand resources, biomass, carbon storage, and family selection researches were carried out by Acacia mearnsii (7years,47families) in Huangmian forest farm, Guangxi. The families were divided and the biomass models of different stand components were established, the different family carbon density, storage model were estimated at the same time. The research will provide evidence for the development of Acacia meamsii industry. The results were as follows.(1) The families were divided into3types as fast-growing, medium-growing, slow-growing by the difference volume growth index’s average and the standard deviation in all47families, and the number of three types was7,33,7. The consolidated volume growth index and Tannins yield index were selected to screening the fine families, the8selected families were NO.3, No.32, No.114, No.139, No.145, No.158, No.169, No.177.(2) The biomass of various organs and total biomass increase exponentially, and the biomass distribution was trunk> bark> beach> leaf> root of Slow-growing and medium-growing types, the fast-growing type was trunk> beach> bark> leaf> root; The biomass of trunk、beach、bark had highly significant correlation with DBH, and the correlation coefficient of beach, bark were above0.9, the correlation degree of various organs with tree height was lower than DBH. D2H had a highly significant correlation with organ biomass and total biomass, and the correlation coefficient were all above0.871.(3) Y=ea+bX and Y=abx were used to analyze tree height、DBH、D2H and various organ biomass, the results showed that they has same fitting effect. Theses regression equation could be used in practice:trunk Ws=187.6899(D2H)1.0992; beach Wb=71.7861(D2H)1.5936; bark Wtb=36.3067(D2H)1.0258; leaf W,=4.4391e-8H7.3378,root Wr=e0.2481+3.3596D2H had the sme fitting effect with Wr=1.2816×28.7771D2H; total stand Wt=313.9783(D2H)1.1237(4) The carbon content of each different families organ was nearly0.5,the order of carbon storage density of each different families organ:trunk> branch> bark> leaf> root, the carbon storage of trunk accounted for more than60%of total carbon storage; the characteristic of Acacia mearnsii forest carbon storage allocation:medium-growing family> fast-growing family>slow-growing family.(5) We should choose total biomass of a tree as the main index to select fine family that with high biomass and carbon storage, and we also should choose fast-growing family type.
