The global carbon cycle is an important issue of the global climate change research. Forest as the biggest ecosystem of the terrestrial ecosystem, dynamics of biomass and carbon stock of forest ecosystem closely related with the global carbon cycle.This paper based on the data of80sample survey and15stem analysis from field plot for the Larix principis-rupprechtii plantation in Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm of Hebei province, the primary research of this paper concentrated on the biomass of vegetation layer, the measurement of organic carbon ratio of each layer, foundation of forest biomass model, the evaluation of the carbon density and carbon stock about vegetation layer and the evaluation of the soil layer, aiming at exploring the best evaluation model of the Larix principis-rupprechtii plantation biomass and providing the reference for regional ecological environment construction and carbon trade negotiations standard. The results of above show as follows:Firstly, the biomass of tree layer were89.88t.hm-2\108.03t.hm-2and19.97t.hm-2respectively, bole wood occupied the largest proportion of biomass tree layer,more than68.3%; the total biomass of the stand vegetation layer were128.73t.hm-2、140.36t.hm-2and294.98t.hm-2respectively, positively correlated with stand ages,the biomass of shrub layer is5.15t.hm-2、4.57t.hm-2and46.44t.hm-2respectively; the biomass of litter layer is33.70t.hm-2、28.76t.hm-2and28.57t.hm-2respectively, the partition ration of leaf is the biggest, between87.74%and93.34%.Second, the carbon content rate of tree layer were between51.06%and51.14%,each composition of tree layer were trunk (50.74%to51.02%), branch (51.14%to51.72%), bark (51.11%to51.19%), leaf (49.28%to50.55%) and root (52.11%to52.50%); the carbon content rate of shrub layer was between49.08%and51.19%; the carbon content rate of litter layer was between50.02%and51.47%.Third, eleven models were used to simulate regression equations about biomass-stand age-stand volume correlations, Linear model, Quadratic model, Cubic model and Power model were the best, the correlation coefficient were0.92,0.9246,0.9286and0.9866respectively. In this paper W=-8.3573+0.799V were chosen as the biomass and stand volume model to estimate bid areas forest biomass.Fourth, the density of carbon storage of tree layer was45.9056t.hm-2(18years old),54.7451t.hm-2(22years old) and112.3167t.hm-2(38years old) respectively; the density of carbon storage of shrub layer were2.573t.hm-2(18years old),2.243t.hm-2(22years old) and23.773t.hm-2(38years old) respectively:the density of carbon storage of litter layer were17.345t.hm-2(18years old),14.386t.hm-2(22years old) and14.571t.hm-2(38years old) respectively; the amount density of carbon storage of forest is65.82t.hm-2(18years old),71.36t.hm-2(22years old) and150.66t.hm-2(38years old) respectively; the total carbon soil carbon storage density correlated with stand ages positively.Fifth, the soil carbon storage correlated with stand ages positively, the soil carbon storage were2431.53t.hm-2(18years old),2334.42t.hm-2(18years old)and2257.02t.hm-2(18years old).
