Cyclobalanopsis gilva is widely distributed in hunan, zhejiang and other provinces, Cyclobalanopsis gilva heartwood is dark reddish brown. Sapwood is tan, Wood texture is very straight. This species is important resources of rare tree species in China.Cyclobalanopsis gilva seed belongs to a dense spread seeds. Seed germination time is very long, Germination rate is low, Good character and hard to save the female parent. So Cyclobalanopsis gilva micropropagation research has the vital significance. In this paper, from two aspects of cutting propagation and transformation start to develop Cyclobalanopsis gilva rapid propagation technology, The results of the study are as follows:1.Cyclobalanopsis gilva cutting propagation research:(1)Cyclobalanopsis gilva cuttings rooting process has experienced four period:A.0-25days, callus induction and phase occurs; B.25~35days, induced adventitious root primordia and period; C.35~45days, adventitious root formation and elongation stage; D.after45days, adventitious root elongation growth period.(2) In pearlite and yellow subsoil(1:1) mixed matrix in the cutting effect is best, significantly better than that of other substrates, Peat soil and yellow subsoil(2:1), peat and perlite(1:1), perlite and peat soil and yellow subsoil(1:1:1) three kinds of matrix cutting effect, Were significantly better than the yellow subsoil, yellow subsoil effect is the worst.(3)Cyclobalanopsis gilva cutting seedlings, used for leaching processing of GGR, IB A, IAA are three kinds of plant growth regulator has obtained the good effect of cutting seedlings, Significantly better than the control, Three growth regulator with Cyclobalanopsis gilva cuttings rooting rate in the concentration of100mg/L to300mg/L on the processing of peak, of which200mg/L of aboveground clumps treated with GGR optimal effect.(4) In200mg/L GGR growth regulator, the best processing time is2h.(5)Different parts of the cuttings rooting rate of cuttings from high to low in turn is central and upper and lower. The seed startup culture research(1)Suitable to serve as the material is stem section of explant, leaf (up on the back), crown high infection rate is not suitable for as explant.(2)Cyclobalanopsis gilva crown, stem section, leaf as explant best disinfection method is:First disinfected with70%alcohol concentration on surface lmin, lmin is washed with sterile wate, with0.1%mercuric chloride (plus twain) sterilization for10min,2min is washed with sterile water.(3)Is suitable for the WPM is medium as the basic culture medium, the inoculation of5-10days can induce callus, Callus quantity more and more green color.
