Bananas are the world’s food crops, China’s first consumer, second largest producer, but because of fertilizer and disease-resistant varieties of irrational promotion, banana quality increasingly unstable, therefore, how to fertilize without affecting banana production Based on the stable quality bananas delay. Chitosan can promote plant growth, improve quality and resistance. Humic acid can stimulate crop growth, enhance crop resilience and improve product quality. Calcium can improve fruit quality, delay senescence. To investigate the effect of chitosan, HA-K, calcium cheated of yield, quality and storability on banana, taking the same level calcium chloride and Potassium chloride for example, in fields, set One-factor and Orthogonal experimental, before and after flower bud differentiation, using different amounts of chitosan, HA-K, calcium cheated Irrigaing and Spraying during the banana growing, the results showed that:1. whether before or after the flower bud differentiation differentiation, applying chitosan, potassium chloride, humic acid, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, calcium sugar alcohol can promote plant growth, improve banana yield, increasing the thickness of the fruit peel, fruit weight and fruit length of the finger, banana soluble solids content, starch content, VC content, increased fruit SOD activity in late storage, decreased peel storage content of phenols and peel PPO activity, PG activity, Cx activity and pulp amylase activity, which significantly improve storability.2. the application of chitosan also increase the soluble protein content, increased peel POD activity in fruit storage, decreased anthocyanin content, flavonoid content in late storage. Before banana differentiation, applications of10ml per plant chitosan can signifiantly improve the yield, the rate of25.38%, profit margin of47.66%. At the same time, can significantly increase the soluble solids content, reducing peel MAD content, phenols content and the pulp amylase activity in late storage.3. whether before or after the flower bud differentiation differentiation, Adding potassium chloride and potassium increase humic acid content can reduce banana pH. Before banana flower bud differentiation Adding potassium chloride and potassium humic acid can increase the ratio of fruit sugar, applying600g/strain K2O potassium levels of HA-K can get the Highest yield, up to26.19%, while the application of600g/strain K2O levels of potassium chloride could get the highest profits, which up to45.73%. Applying600g per plant K2O levels of potassium chloride, the growing, yield, quality, storage performance, or banana economic benefits are better than other treatments.4. whether before or after the banana banana flower bud differentiation differentiation, increased application of calcium fertilizers could increase the amount of fruits and fruit titratable acid content, reduce the fruit pH, reduce the anthocyanin content in late of fruit storage. But applying after the flower bud differentiation period should be better, which can significantly increase peel POD activity, the peel MAD content in late of fruit storage. Which, applying20g per plant Ca levels of sugar alcohols calcium fertilizer after the banana flower bud differentiation can significantly improve banana yield and profitability, increase rates and profit margins were22.31%and40.61%.5. applying different rate of chitosan, sugar alcohol calcium and calcium chloride can promote the growth of banana plants, yield, increase the thickness of fruit peel, fruit weight and fruit finger length, banana starch content, VC, titratable acid content and reduce the banana pH and sugar-acid ratio of fruit, improve peel SOD activity, reduce the amount of polyphenols, PPO activity, Cx activity and pulp starch activity in late of fruit storage. The results showed that, applying after the flower bud differentiation also improve peel POD activity, PG activity in late of fruit storage. Applying chitosan40ml per plant+sugar alcohol calcium500ml per plant+calcium chloride115.6g perplant after the banana flower bud differentiation, can significantly increase the yield, the rate of7.35%, At the same time, can significantly increase the plant height, stem diameter and peel SOD activity, POD activity, significantly reduced peel PG activity in late of storage.
