:To explore influences of common electrolytes on blood pressure(BP)、electrocardiogram (ECG) and cardiac function, according to venous inflow to healthy dogs using Ca2+,K+,Ca2+and K+mixture separately, and provide certain theoretical basis for further study on the clinical electrolyte imbalances rehydration solution.Methods:25Chinese Rural Dogs were chosen by normal psychosis, appetite and right temperature, and, calm the dogs using diazepam at the hypodermic dosage of0.l ml/kg. w, and the ECG, BP andHR of healthy dogs were determined by multi-parameter ECG monitoring instrument. The serum(2ml) was collected separately before the trials.1) hyperpotassemiadevolopment and regulation of calcium:For intravenous5%KClSolution, intravenousinjection stopped when the tipicalhyperpotassemia turn up, and the hyperpotassemia model developed, and2ml serum was collected with the same method, then fore intravenous5%calciumchloridesolution, and stopped the intravenousinjection when the electrocardiogram back to normal,2ml serum collected;2) Hypercalcemiadevolopment and regulation of potassium:Fore intravenous5%calciumchloridesolution, intravenousinjection stopped when the tipicalHypercalcemia turned up, And Hypercalcemia model developed,2ml serum collected;3) Fore intravenous the mixture solution of KC1and CaCl2at the ratio1:1,2:1,4:1, intravenousinjection stopped when the ECG bacame abnormal,2ml serum collected;4) Then determine the BP and the content of serum electrolytic at differentsampling points by Electrolytic Analyzer;5) compared the BP, HR, and content of serum electrolytic at differentsampling points using Spssl7.0software.results:1)The health dogswereinputed5%KCland ECG changed significantly, the serum K+was significantly increased(P<0.05), whileCl-、Ca2+and Na+had no significant change(P>0.05),the heart rate was highly significantly decreased(P<0.01), Measured systolic blood pressure(SBP) dropped significantly(P<0.05), diastolic blood pressure (DBP)and pulse pressure are also decreased, but no significant decline (P>0.05), Then inputed5%CaCl2and ECG changed significantly, the serum K+was dropped significantly(P<0.05), Ca2+was highly significantly increased(P<0.01), Cl" was significantly increased(P<0.05), Na+was decreased but not significantly(P>0.05), the heart rate increased verysignificantly (P<0.01)until back to normal.the SBPX MBP and pulse pressure was increased, but was not significant(P>0.05).2) The health dogswereinputed5%CaCl2and ECG changed significantly, the serum Ca+increased very significantly (P<0.01), Na+was dropped significantly (P<0.05), K+was decreased and Cl-was increased, but both had no significant change, the heart rate significantly increased(P<0.05), pulse pressure was dropped very significantly (P<0.01),but SBP and DBP increased unsignificantly(P>0.05), Then inputed5%KCland ECG changed significantly, the Ca2+in serum was dropped unsignificantly (P>0.05), K+increased significantly(P<0.05), Cl-and Na+increased unsignificantly (P>0.05),the heart rate dropped very significantly(P<0.01),the SBP、 DBP and pulse pressure was dropped unsignificantly (P>0.05)3) When intravenousinjection Ca2+and K+mixed solution, The heart rate changes were not significant, and the serum electrolyte concentration increased, but when the2:lratio of Ca2+and K+, serumK+increased considerably. When4:1ratio of Ca2+and K+, serum Ca+increased considerably; Potassium calcium ratio of1:1in SBP decreased significantly (P<0.05), DBP and pulse pressure has also fallen, but not significantly(P>0.05). When ratio of2:1, SBP and DBP increased, pulse pressure decreased, but the changes were not significant (P>0.05). In addition, When the ratio of4:1SBP and pulse pressure were significantly decreased (P<0.05), DBP dropped, but not significant (P>0.05).conclusions:1.canine intravenousinjection5%KCl andhyperpotassemiamodel can be successfully established, while intravenousinjection5%calciumchloridesolution can lead alleviations ofheart rate dropped and turbulence caused by hyperpotassemia;2. canine intravenousinjection5%CaCl2andhypercalcemia model can be successfully established.intravenousinjection5%KCl can lead alleviations oftachycardia caused byhypercalcemia;3. the healthy dogs intravenous injection with the mixture solution of KCl and CaCl2, the heart rate of dogs had no significant changes, K+supplement effect is goodwhen according to the2:1ratio of Ca2+, K+,minimal effects on dog’s blood pressure. And Ca2+supplement effect is good when according to the4:1ratio of calcium effect is good.
