Potato common scab is common soil borne and seed borne diseases, the disease is widelypresent in the potato growing areas of the world, and it is considered the fourth largest disease,Potato scab disease seriously affect seed potato and potato appearance quality and salesprice,it causes great economic losses to the potato production, At present,there is no effectivecontrol method in the world. Seed treatment and soil furrow are the main measures to preventpotato scab. Effective control method is valuable to the development of potato industry andimprove the ecomomic benefit of planters.In this study, the susceptible cultivar‘Youjin’as the test material, the field with sandy soil whi-ch planted potato in three consecutive years as the testing ground. agents include chemicals (Aike), conventional seed dressing(Talc+Nortropine+Streptomycin)and microbial inoculants have‘Da zongguan’‘Shu yisheng’‘Li Xin Jun Wang’‘Lv man fertilizer’. We research seed dressing,furrow application,seed dressing and furrow application combine effect on agronmic traits,yieldand potato scab control. Control was conventional treatment, which does not take anyseed dressing and furrow.This experiment with randomized block design, with14treatments, eac-h district3area repeated3times.The results showed that the emergence rate in the seed dressing and furrow application combinemeasures, for the conventional seed dressing,‘Shu Yisheng’ furrowing have the highest rate of72.22%; All the treatment of seed dressing, the germination rate for the treatment ofconventional fungicides was64.44%.The treatment measures furrowing for germination rate hadno significant effect.From on the control effect of potato scab, in the method of combining the furrow and seeddressing, for the conventional seed dressing,‘Shu Yisheng’ furrowing and chemical reagents ‘Aike’ have the the control effect reached50%above,were55.17%and50.08%respectively; thetreatment measures in the furrow for ‘Shu Yisheng’ furrowing have the better effect for47.45%; The treatment of seed dressing under the control effect is poor.Analysis on yield, combined treatment of chemical seed dressing and furrow application forunder treatment of chemical seed dressing,‘Lv man fertilizer’ furrow application achieved thehighest yield of27000.8kg/hm2, secondly, under treatment of conventional chemical seeddressing,‘Shu Yisheng’ furrow application.Under the treatment of soil furrowing by ‘Lv man fertilizer’ furrowing have the highest yield,26355.3kg//hm2; Under the treatment of seeddressing,seed dressing with ‘Da zongguan’ got the lowest yield, compared with check treatment,there are29.15%reduction in yield.Analysis on the agronomic characters,chemical seed dressing had no significant effects onplant hight,stem diameter and the number of tuber per plant.But ‘Lv man fertilizer’ chemical seeddressing increased the number of main stem per plant,‘Da zongguan’ chemical seed dressingreduced the number of main stem per plant and the rate of medium and large tubers. Analysis ofthree test methods, furrow application‘Lv man fertilizer’ had a better effect to the plant growthrate and also increased the rate of medium and large tubers.
