Corn, is an important food and feed crop in China, which is also one of the important rawmaterials of chemical, food, fuel, medicine and other industries. The Northeast Area of Chinais an important area of corn crop, but the weather there is terrible, and less accumulatedtemperature makes the corn industry development has been restricted. In order to solve thisproblem, corn seedling plant bowl plate has been put forward ways to improve maize yield. Atpresent, most of the corn seedling transplanting cultivation researches focused on the part ofhow to use mechanical transplanting seedling cultivation to the field work.In order to improve the degree of corn seedling transplanting mechanization, this paper hascarried out the study of corn seedling plant bowl plate precision seeder, at present there is atransplanting of seeder with traditional design methods,its design cycle is long and one seederusually can only applies to the sow of one kind of material, low optimized for general use. Inorder to solve this problem, this paper has through the development corn seedling plant bowlplate precision seeder computer aided design platform, has designed the suitable institutionsfor corn seedling plant bowl plate, meet the requirements of different varieties of corn seedlingplant bowl plate and could simulate the trajectories of seeds, to meet the purpose of theseeding precision and shorten the design cycle and saving the cost of design. The auxiliarydesign platform using the human-computer interaction interface for corn seedling plant bowlplate metering device trajectory simulation aided design analysis and seeds,provided a newmethod for corn seedling plant bowl plate precision seeder.This paper introduces the main structure of socket roller corn precision metering device, theworking principle and working process, in the process of filling, the metering device of cleaningprocess, the mechanical analysis of nursing process and casting process. At the same time, wecombined with the mechanical characteristics of the seed metering device of the parameters ofkey components of the value and the mathematical relationship between seed size type toprovide a theoretical basis for the design of seed metering device. Studying on the movementprocess of corn seed metering device in the process of the work, According to the mathematical model of kinematics principle to establish the seed trajectories.Based on the analysis of theworking principle of the metering device, talking about the influence of the structure parametersand the movement parameters of the metering device on the working performance, through themethod of computer aided analysis and the use of VB programming language developed asocket type precision seed metering device of computer aided design and analysis platform. Thesoftware platform has simple interface, the designer can through the man-machine interactiveway realize man-machine dialogue in order to achieve the metering device design and analysis.The establishment of the platform graphics has the advantage of visual image. After the userinterface of the software after data input, could get the target value calculation. and the seedmetering device for trajectory simulation. Working on the seeding process dynamic simulationof the movement of seeds, to identify the main factors affecting their work performance,optimize it, and laid the foundation for the rational design optimization.
