The study evaluated the microbial change regularity of silage and the types of mould during the silage in the nature state, isolation and identification and characteristic analysis of mold from moldy silage, the bacteriostatic effect by the method of bacteriostatic agar plate, and bacteriostatic effect on silage fermentation in the barrels using the methods of laboratory silos, microbiology techniques, chemical composition analysis, immune analysis, and so on.In Expt.1, the study evaluated the pH and microbial numbers changes and the change regularity of the types of moulds during the different periods of corn silage(0,0、0.5、K2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、14、22、46、76days of ensiling, respectively)using the methods of laboratory silos and microbiology techniques. The pH changes of silage:The pH dropped significantly at0.5hours after loading the corn chopped. The most pH of them maintains between3.7-3.8, however7,8and14days have picked the small peak. The changes of silage:the number of lactic acid bacteria changing dramatically at0-0.5days,0.5-1days, respectively. The number of lactic acid bacteria keeping stable state on1-8days, the number of lactic acid bacteria changing a regular decline after a few days. The Yeast changes:the change of yeast number present irregular wave and have an upward tendency at0.5day, then the number began to decrease gradually. The change of Mould:the number of mold had slow decline on0~1day and fell sharply on1~2days, then the number began to decrease gradually, the mold almost undetected on9days. The change of Mold species:The Mucor had appeared on0.5,3.0,5.0days, respectively, almost through the growth process of mould. Moniliform is more active in the early fermentation, it had appeared on0,0,5days, respectively. Aspergillus only appeared on0days.Penicillium has appeared two types after the second day of fermentation, Rhizopus oryzae had appear on4day after fermentation and lasted on9day.In Expt.2, the study on isolation and identification and characteristics analyzed of mold from the mildy silage. The results show that:five kinds of mold separated out from moldy silage, they are belong to Mucor, Aspergillus awamori, Rhizopus oryzae, Eupenicillium javanicum, Penicillium decumbens by microscope and molecular identification. The optimal pH of five kinds of molds was between6-8in our experiment, the optimum temperature of them were between12~35℃, the temperature and pH had litter influence on the number of molds. In Expt.3, the study on the ten kinds of mould inhibitor effect on the mould inhibitor of five moulds by the method of flat panel bacteriostatic. Compared to ten kinds of mould inhibitor effect on the number of Mucor, double acetic acid sodium was the best one, the better were prop ionic acid and sodium benzoate. All in all, the mould inhibitor effect of Sodium benzoate was the best one, the mould inhibitor concentration of fumarate was the lowest. In Expt.4, to evaluate the impact often kinds of mould inhibitor, we used the method of bottled silage.0.5%sodium benzoate,10%calcium propionate,10%potassium sorbet were the best mould inhibitor, the better were with2000g/M2salt,30%sodium propionate,4%Malay acid,2%propionic acid,4%doubleacetic acid sodium. To evaluate add mould inhibitor effect on aflatoxin, the results show that the antibacterial had no influence on aflatoxin.2%prop ionic acid and11%phosphoric acid significantly inhibit the produced of DON.30%sodium propionate significantly inhibit the produced of ZON.
