This paper based on the background of construction of modern agriculture equipment, in the support of Shihezi Youth Foundation and Shihezi University science and technology research and development program, for the control system of high frame self-propelled boom sprayer, design and research to complete the task.This paper mainly focuses on three aspects, the body is rear wheel drive, steering, and the steering system for hydraulic power. This paper aimed at developed of hydraulic power development of electrical control system design, installation of the potentiometer, collecting the steering wheel and tire the angle error signal. A compensation scheme is proposed in the dead zone problem of hydraulic cylinder, and a compensation circuit is designed, complete electronic controlled hydraulic power steering function has realized.The second part is about the variable spray.In common condition the spray system is no change function, or with a simple pressure regulation of control the opening nozzle. This paper designed PWM pipeline flow regulation, from the high frequency pulse, the intermittent flow presents the characteristics of continuous at the macro level does not change the system pressure at the same time. Ensure the good atomization effect.The third part in view of the flutter of the beginning and ceasing of the body frame and stick covered. Put forward the solution ramp generator circuit. Different from traditional analog electronic circuit, this paper design of digital current output by using the processor chip, effectively improve the accuracy. For the chip internal procedures, can be connected to the computer through a data line, easy to modify the software. With8bit ADC converter chip and1/256resolution rate, meet the system requirements on the whole.
