The essay studied nutritional value of Collagen powder,sieve of combination Collagen poeder compounding and impact in broiler diet and meat quality through combination Collagen powder replace soybean meal ,in the chemical composition analysis,metabolic teseting,combination collagen powder sceeing,feeding testing and slaughter testing.It provid theory guidance for used of combination collagen powder in broilers .The results as follows:Test 1:Determination of the collagen powder conventional and amino acid content. The results showed that the collagen powder contents dry matter with 92.37 percent, 87.16 percent of crude protein, crude fat 0.01 percent, 2.45 percent coarse ash, 2.24percent calcium, phosphorus 0.03 percent, to the total energy of 17.88 MJ / kg, the total amino acid content was 69.35 percent, 36.61 percent for the essential amino acids, lysine 2.64 percent,methionine 0.91 percent,cystine 0.01 percent, threonine 0.28 percent.The content of CP , total amino acid and essential aminoacid of collagen powder were higher than soybean meal,and tvalun was approximate to the soybean meal, and the content of crude fat,Ca and P were less than soybean meal.Test 2:The 7-week-old broiler rooster Avian Rainbow 30 (average weight of 3.20±0.22kg), divided into five groups, each group six chickens,were used nitrogen-free diet determined plastic the collagen powder and soybean meal utilization of energy and amino acids. The results showed that: collagen powder apparent and true utilization of the energy were significantly different ( P <0.01).collagen powder apparent utilization of the various amino acids were significantlydifferent (P <0.01), two kinds of raw materials of the total utilization of amino acid differences are really significant different (P <0.01),。The collagen powder are utilization of various amino acid in 56.5%~78.46%,most in 70%,The true utilization of soybean meal in 76.42%~95.44%.mostly 90%,The ture amino utilization of soybean meal really higher than Collagen powder .Test 3: The 7-week-old broiler rooster Avian Rainbow 42 (average weight of 3.20±0.22kg), divided into seven groups, each group six chickens, used hunger strike to determination amino digestibility of six various combination collagen powder and soybean meal.The results showed :The mostly amino and total amino digestibility of N1,N2,N3,N4,N5 combination collagen powder and soybean meal were significant different (P <0.01),The amino digestibility of N6 was nearly with soybean meal。Test 4:Selection of a day-old broiler Avian 360 ,according to gender were randomly divided into three weighet processing ,handling every six replicate ,replicate every 20 chichens,keeped a seven week trial.Collagen powder,such as amino acids,repectively,all alternativer,half of the soybean meal replacement growth performance of broilers.The results : the half replacement group at the end of their weight,daily gain,intake slightly better than the control group significant differences (P <0.01),but all replacement group lower than control group.The test group the difference was not material than the heavy significantly (P> 0.05),but all replacement lower than half's.Test 5:42-day-old feeding trial in the end the slaughter, each repeated random froma slaughtered rooster, test and slaughter,Meat qualitu evaluation.Compared with the control group:the slaughter of the test group,full-bore net weight ,semi-net-bore, the rate of breast ,thigh rates and the rate of abdominal fat not significantly different (P> 0.05),The PH,drop loss,shear force and hydraulics of breast muscle not significantly different(P> 0.05). The PH,drop loss,shear force and hydraulics of thigh muscle not significantly different(P> 0.05),Compare with control group ,the water and fat of muscle were higher,but not significantly different (P>0.05). In general ,combination Collagen powder on the quality of broiler meat not significant impact,but could raised bright of muscle.
