There are four experiments which explained in this essay:nutritive composition analysis, metabolizing experiment, feeding experiment, slaughtering experiment. The main idea of these experiments were trying to evaluate the collagen powder on the nutritional value and fish meal replacement in broiler diets of effects and quality of the meat, which can supply the theory of rational use of it in the feed of broiler chickens. The results are as follows:Experiments 1: Applying the conventional analysis and pure nutritive composition analysis, determined the conventional nutritive composition of collagen powder and fish meal. its content of amino acid,,made clear its limited amino acid further more. The results showed that:collagen powder DM 92.94%,CP 92.66%,,EE 0.01%,Ash 2.02%,Ca 2.18%,P 0.02%,GE18.14MJ/kg,;total amino acid(TAA)content is 81.11%,EAA content is 42.46%.The main amino acid of Gly,Glu,Lys,Met,Cys,Thr respectively are:22.06%,11.11%,3.18%,0.91%,0.97%,0.43%,and fish meal compared to the collagen powder CP content higher than fish meal, the amino acids and essential amino acids were higher than fish meal, the total GE of close to, but compared to the broiler amino acids ideal model were imbalance, EE, Ash, Ca, P were lower than fish meal, chemical score of collagen powder that the first limited amino acids is Thr, the second limited amino acid is Phe +Tyr, the third limited amino acids is Ile , fish meal the first limited amino acid is Met+Cys, the second limited amino acid is Arg, the third limited amino acids is Thr.Experiments 2: Thirty six 63-day-old Avain roosters(average weight: 3.29±0.12kg) were randomly divided into 6 treatments of 6 replicates each. The N-free diet and fasting methods were used to study the amino acid digestibility of collagen powder and fish meal in poultry respectively. The fasting methods were used to study the ME of collagen powder and fish meal. The results were summarized as follows: collagen powder all kinds of apparent digestibility of amino acids were significantly (P <0.05), collagen powder and fish meal apparent digestibility of the total amino acid are significant (P <0.05). N-free diet determination of collagen powder and fish meal are all kinds of amino acid digestibility really significant difference (P <0.05);two kinds of raw materials of the total amino acid digestibility really significant difference (P <0.05), N-free diet method determination of the endogenous losses of amino acids slightly higher than the fasting methods determination of the endogenous losses of amino acids but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), collagen powder and fish meal of the AME and TME were 11.22 MJ / kg and 7.92 MJ / kg, 13.05 MJ / kg and 9.84 MJ / kg significant difference (P <0.01), the apparent energy utilization of fish meal was significantly higher than that of collagen powder (P <0.05), fish meal utilization of energy really is significantly higher than the collagen protein powder (P <0.01). Under the same intake can make use of the number of amino acids in the collagen powder can make use of the total number of amino acids and essential amino acid content of both the apparent metabolic rate and the level of metabolic rate levels are really good in the fish meal. Experiments showed that fasting methods and Ni-free diet determination of the collagen powder and fish meal compared to its amino acid digestibility and energy efficiency are lower than fish meal, but the same intake of the number of available amino acid collagen powder is better than fish meal. Fasting meth ods and N-free diet determination of poultry within the endogenous losses of amino acids the result was not significant.Experiments 3: The experiment was carried out to study the effect of collagen powder diets replace fish meal on the performance of broilers. 216 one-day-old Avain broilers were randomly divided into 3 treatments of 6 replicates, 12chickens in each replicate(six males and six females). Feeding experiment of seven weeks was carried on. Collagen powder were all replaced, half replaced the fish meal on growth performance of broilers. The results showed as follows: the test group finish weight, ADG are significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), ADFI lower than the control group significant differences in the test group (P<0.05), but the feed /weight was not significantly (P> 0.05). The results show that the collagen powder in whole or in half replace fish meal has increased finish weight, average daily gain (ADG),lower feed conversion ratio(FCR), improving economic efficiency, all the replce group is better than half the replce group.Experiments 4: Eighteen 49-day-old broilers were select each chicken was chosen to be slaughtered and its quality of meat was evaluated., to carry Compared with the control group, the slaughter of the test group, carass yield,semi-eviscerated yield, eviscerated yield, brisket musle rate, leg muscle rate and abdomen fat rate, are not significantly different (P> 0.05), there is no law between the test group and control group of the breast, legs Muscle shear force, pH value target, the effect can not be determined, in particular, the shear force and soluble collagen protein, content of collagen protein are inconsistent with one another, the result may indicate its relation with the character of colleagen of muscle . This may result in muscle and the nature of the collagen, The amount of water showed the trend that the amount of addition can help it turn tender, the differences of content of water, protein and fat in muscle nutrients are not significant (P> 0.05) the content of crude protein of the test group is slightly lower than the control group, water, content of intramuscular fat of the test group are higher than the control group, there is no significant difference existing, compared to the control group, the single amino acid and hydrolysis amino acids in the test group are not significantly different (P> 0.05). In general, collagen powder has no significant impact on the quality of the meat of chicken, it can help the meat turn tender.
