Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur belongs to hemiptera miridae and its host plants is widely. It doesharm to a lot of crops and fruit trees. Lygus lucorum has a high reproductive capacity and it has astrong ability to fly. Many fruit trees and crops had been destroyed. As a kind of broad spectrumattractant, the mixture of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol can attract many kinds of pests just asfrom coleoptera, hemiptera and Lepidoptera. In order to research the mechanism of mixture ofhoney-suger-acetic acid-ethanol on trapping of Lygus lucorum. First,We design sixteen differentratios of the mixture honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol in field of Jujuba by orthogonal design so asto research the best lure effect. When we find out the best ratio, then we can find out the luredifference between host plants and the mixture of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol,and each partof it by the y-tube olfactometer. To make sure that if honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol or each partof the composition has a better effect on tripping Lygus lucorum than its host plants. At last weanalyze the ingredient of volatile of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol.And we can study that whichingredient can lead to tentacles potential difference. It shows the result as below:In the field of Jujuba, the best lure effect appears when we choose the formula20to15to5to2of suger to acetic acid to ethanol to Jujube honey.Through the behavior by y-tube olfactometer,we find that both the honey-suger-aceticacid-ethanol and each part of it can attract the female Lygus lucorum except ethanol. As a result, the honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol attracts the most Lygus lucorum, and the Jujuba honey takethe second place. The male Lygus lucorum has no tropism to everything. We can get twenty seven substances in the volatile of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol byGC-MS. We find that the whole volatile of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol can lead to potentialreaction of feeler of female Lygus lucorum.by suing EAG. Finally,We get three substancewhich each of them can lead to potential reaction of feeler.and they are Benzylo-toluate-,6-hepten-3-one,4-methyl-and1-Penten,4-methyl-2-phenyl-.
