Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang is the most important pest in the leek production.it’s larvae hidden underground and eats bulbs and roots of leek, is one of the mostimportant limiting factors on the production of leeks. Currently, the major prevention is useof chemical pesticides and that often lead to food safety incidents and environmentalpollution, threat directly to people’s health, and reduce the quality of life and theenvironment, and explore its green and efficient integrated prevention and controltechnology, especially green, efficient monitoring measures to reduce or avoid the use ofchemical agents, has become a prominent issue currently in production safety leek solved. For this reason, the use of10colours sticky coloured card, the mixture of sugar-acetic acidethanol, basin three kinds of methods and different height settings systematicallyinvestigated the occurrence of B. odoriphaga in Ding zhou, and the main findings are asfollows:1. The dominant species of leek fields is B. odoriphaga, and in the survey period (March5-12), the adult population had two peak in early and late June respectively, and thepopulation continued to decline in July, to December peak period does not appear. Showedthat June is an important period of their adult prevention.2. Based on the total amount of sticky coloured card, the mixture of sugar-acetic acidethanol and basin, three kinds of surveillance measures and their different height settings, attracting insects peak capacity, efficiency and other indicators attracting insects, foundthat black sticky cards is the best, the mixture of sugar-acetic acid ethanol with the groundfollowed, and by basin is third. The survey found that, in the aggregate traps insects, black sticky cards in10colors cardis the best. During the period of investigation, to trap1824B. odoriphaga adults, in Junethe first and second peaks of the adults, black sticky cards traps in turn mean trap adults280and153;4different height settings, black sticky cards0-20cm from the ground is thebest, and significant different from that20-40cm,40-60cm,60-80cm height from theground handles, no significant difference between the last two handles.10colorssticky coloured card sand different height settings, the black sticky cards four differentheights settings trapped most of the female adults, where0-20cm height was significantly higher than the other; except red armyworm plate0-20cm height had maximum amount oftrapping adult male, the other black is the best. The mixture of sugar-acetic acid ethanol in three different highly settings, in theaggregate insects, pots along flush with the ground handling (0cm) up to the total amountof attracting insects, During the period of investigation, to trap394B. odoriphaga adultssignificantly higher than5cm,10cm handle, attracting insects difference between theamount of the latter two not significant; on June1st,2nd peak, flush with the groundhandling (0cm) followed by an average trap adults52and45; in trapping female and maleadults, the mixture of sugar-acetic acid ethanol in the bowl along with the ground flush(0cm) trapped the most female and male.Three different basin highly settings, in the aggregate trapped insects, pots along flushwith the ground handling (0cm) up to the total amount of attracting insects, During theperiod of investigation, to trap184B. odoriphaga adults, significantly higher than5cm,10cm handle, the amount attracting insects were no significant differences between thelater two; in June1st,2nd peak, flush with the ground handling (0cm) followed by anaverage trap adults31and22; in trapping female and male adults, the water in the potalong with the dish ground flush (0cm) trapped most of the female and male adults. The innovation of this test is that: systemic comparative study of the effectsof sticky coloured card, the mixture of sugar-acetic acid ethanol and basin three methodsand different height settings to monitor B. odoriphaga Yang et Zhang adult populationfluctuation, and cleared the best method and the height setting. The results of the researchprovide a scientific basis and learn for the development of new efficient and greenmonitoring or control techniques of leek pest including B. odoriphaga Yang et Zhang, withthe more important academic value and production guidance.
