Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur as the omnivorous insects, is very broad host range. Such as beans, cotton, alfalfa and various fruit trees. In recent years, the majority of crops and fruit trees against a variety of serious and threat to agriculture and forestry development. The application gives or gets an electric shock physiology and livings to measure amethod to research the incentive or repellent mechanism of host plant to Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur.First of all,we determine the taxis response of the the female of Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur by Y-olfactometer to taxis responses of several host plants including(Gossypium spp.,Medicago sativa, Dolichos lablabl, Glycine max, Vigna radiate, Phaseolus vulgaris, Capsicum frutescens, Solanum melongena, Zizyphus jujube). And took the field against a serious Zizyphus jujuba with flowers and a relatively strong attraction to a variety of processing soybean host plants have also been increasingly measured response. Then use the dynamic cresting air body circulation method and GC/MS collecting volatile from Zizyphus jujuba with flowers, with worm of Ziziphus zizyphus with flowers,Glycine max, with worm of Glycine max.Several compounds that are likely to be the allure or repellent materials are choosed by comparing differences of volatiles from different treatment of shoots in quality and quantity.Again, one compound is confirmed in the host location of the Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur.through the farther study of EAG and behavior determinati -on.Three compounds play role in aversion to find information on insect host factors. The concrete results of the study are as follows:1. The results showed that female Lygus lucorum were sensitive to volatiles from Ziziphus zizyphus, but male Lygus lucorum insensitive to the host plants. The female of Lygus lucorum on the host plant volatiles are taxis response. The reaction sequence for the Glycine max>Gossypium spp.>Zizyphus jujuba with flowers>Phaseolus vulgaris > Dolichos lablabl>Solanum melongena>Vigna radiata>Capsicum frutescens. The volatiles from healthy Ziziphus jujuba branches with flowers were most attractive to the female Lygus lucorum comparing with those that were mechanically damaged or infested by female Lygus lucorum at different population densities. The flowering Ziziphus jujube branches infested (30)by Lygus lucorum were remarkably repellent to the females. The volatiles from Glycine max infested (26) by Lygus lucorum were most attractive to the female Lygus lucorum comparing with those that were healthy plant. Glycine max infested (34) by Lygus lucorum were remarkably repellent to the females.2.27 compounds are analysized by GC/MS, mainly include terpenes, esters, aldehy- de, aromatic compounds and so on .H26 which is the peculiar material in the volatiles of the flowering Ziziphus jujube branches infested by Lygus lucorum and the Glycine max infested by Lygus lucorum. L36,Methyl Salicylate which are the materials in the volatiles of the Glycine max. E-2-hexenyl butyrate which is the peculiar material in the volatiles of the Glycine max infested by Lygus lucorum. 1-(4-ethylphenyl)-Ethan -one, P10 which are the special materials in the volatiles of the Glycine max infested(34) by Lygus lucorum.3.Through 6 of dose of L36, E93, 3-phenyl-2-propenal, 1-(4-ethylphenyl)-Ethanone,Decanal,H26, Methyl Salicylate, E-2-hexenyl butyrate 8 kinds of standard sample compound carry on the reaction result of the antenna electric potential enunciation to the tip department on antenna to the female of Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur.The EAG responses are most highly when the dose are 1μg of L36,Decanal and E-2-hexenyl butyrate,0.1μg of 3-phenyl-2-propenal, Methyl Salicylate, and decreased along with the dose increasing. The EAG responses are most highly when the dose are 0.001μg of 1-(4-ethylphenyl)- Ethanone, and decreased along with the dose increasing. On the contrast, the EAG responses are most highly when the dose are 100μg of While, the response are most highly when the dose are 0.001μg of E93,H26,and increased along with the dose increasing.Reaction of antenna indicates that L36(1μg)attract the females of Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur.significantly.E93,P10(0.1μg)and H26(100μg)shows repellent to the females of Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur.But the six dose of 1-(4-ethylphenyl)-Ethanone, Decanal, Methyl Salicylate, E-2-hexenyl butyrate are not bioactive and repellent of the Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur.
