Gerbera (Gerbera jamesonii Bolus) is one of the five cut flowers in the world, is very popular in domestic and overseas markets, much consumers favor. Fujian province is currently the main planted varieties of Gerbera jamesonii were introduced from outside, lack of adaptability, variety degeneration of new varieties, the lack of independent research and development of serious problems such as. Therefore, the evaluation study of Fujian main cultivated varieties of Gerbera jamesonii resources and application, has the important meaning to the introduction, the province of Gerbera resources evaluation, breeding, production promotion etc.. This study analyzed the Fujian varieties of Gerbera agronomic traits of genetic diversity at the molecular level, and the genetic diversity of the system using the ISSR-PCR technology; according to the two research results combined with market analysis, experimental study on Breeding of4Gerbera varieties screening. The main results are as follows:1. Agronomic traits genetic diversity research On13agronomic index with cluster analysis, construction of genetic distance tree, found that when the absolute distance in the range of37.5-58.6,35copies of Gerbera jamesonii resources according to the different blade length to width, flower color, petal type characters into3groups; when the absolute distance in between26.4-37.5, the the third group can be divided into3subgroups, the I subclass is leaf blade length, leaf blade width, pedicels, inflorescence diameter and compared to the other groups more short green heart purple, second subtypes of common characteristics, flower petals black number less than45pieces, outer petals length is longer, the third sub class contains27copies of resources, according to the valve type, flower color and collect different can be divided into five types. Through the studies on Gerbera agronomic traits with cluster analysis and phenotypic analysis showed that, the tested materials can be roughly classified according to valve type, flower color difference, and most accessions from the same collection has gathered trend. 2. Research on genetic diversity by ISSR Genetic diversity of35accessions of Fujian main planting Gerbera resources by ISSR technology. Screened from15random primers with good polymorphism from100ISSR primers, respectively in35Gerbera resources genomic DNA were amplified, amplified a total of78clear bands, including70polymorphic bands, the percentage of polymorphic loci was89.7%. The use of DPS statistical analysis software, the results showed that all varieties, the genetic similarity coefficient between the range of0.2968-0.75, when the threshold is0.42, can be divided into4categories of35gerbera. When the genetic similarity coefficient was0.4914, the I class of Gerbera jamesonii can be divided into4sub categories. The results show that clustering, flower color and double types can be used as a basis for classification of Gerbera phylogenetic relationship, with a collection of sources of varieties have gathered together the trend, there is a certain relationship clustering results of this and agronomic traits.3Genetic study on some characters of Gerbera jamesonii Using the incomplete diallel design principle of M20(double), S21(Dan Ban), S24(semi double) and M32(semi double) of four varieties of Gerbera jamesonii were formulated into12combinations of variety breeding, research found, Dan Ban or semidouble cultivar and double hybrid varieties of seed setting rate was significantly lower than that between Dan Ban and semi double hybrid varieties of seed setting rate, and the average number of seeds is lower than that of the latter; Gerbera seed germination rate is not high, the average germination rate was46.4%, among them♀S24*♂M32the highest germination rate was65.9%,♀S21*♂M32seed germination rate for a minimum of22.3%. Through the observation of Gerbera flower color, flower, flower diameter, valve type traits, initial screening of4new varieties of red black lines, and the color, flower color, petal type, pedicel length and ligulate flower petal number of observed data and statistics.
