Along with the growing of our country fruit plant area,orchard scale andsimplified management level is increasing,the normalized propagation has become thedevelopment direction of fruit tree seedlings.During the cultivation and production offruit tree seedlings in the nursery progress,binding work,after mining, is an importantlink for realizing the nursery seedling grading, packing and transplantingnursery,which is labor-consuming.At present,seed strapping is done by hand inChina,which is labor-consuming and low efficiency.So it is important to develop apacking device for fruit tree seedlings binding work,which will promote the scaledevelopment of China’s fruit nursery stock industry. Through the analysis of thestructure and work principle of binding machine,combine the site work environmentof seedlings with seedlings binding technical requirements,and analysis of the firstgeneration of seedling strapping machine,our research group has designed a seedlingstrapping machine which are used to fruit tree seedling, making the whole seedlingwood packing work realize semi automation.The main work in this paper includes:1.The seedling strapping gardening requirements is introduced in thispaper,specific design requirements was put forward on new seedlings strappingaccording to the first generation of seedling strapping in practical work.2.The seedling laying platform is improved as the scissor lift mechanism,and doforce analysis and check,in order to adapt to different seedling quantity ofstrapping;adjustable band groove has been designed to different height of seedlingsbinding;mechanical parts of platform in mobile system has been designed to realizethe automatic movement,and avoid the damage to seedling branches.3.By analyzing the binding process,platform motion control system has beendesigned,using the proximity switches and SCM to control the stepper motor towork,realize the automatic detection of platform,and in place automatically.4.Using the AIP software to create three-dimensional parameter characteristicmodel of nursery stock bundling machine,through modeling, assembly andinterference inspection to determine the size parameters, structure and assembly partsand assembly dimensions of nursery stock bundling machine.With embedded AIPsimulation module to do Motion imitation of strapping actuators,get the position curve of parts strapping actuator.It shows that executing agency action can realize the fruittree seedling strapping, adhesive, pressing cutting on the seedling process.
