Currently,the straw briquetting equipment and technology in our country are mainly in the form of stationary type,that requires the straw to be harvested and transported to the processing site,and a large number of sites are needed in the middle for storage,because of the incompressibility and low transportation efficiency,which greatly increases the cost of processing.Meanwhile,the development of mobile straw crushing and briquetting machine has just started in our country,which faces tasks like:immature technology,low degree automation,difficult operation,unmonitorable operation process,and unstable product quality.In view of the above problems,this paper has done works as follows:Firstly,facing the facts that main mechanical structure can be selected directly,the connection part needs to be designed,and the electrical part needs to be completely designed,this paper introduces the main research objectives of the intelligent mobile particle briquetting machine,and determines the mechanical technical proposal,by taking into consideration of the requirements of traditional straw granule forming technology and the characteristics of mobile straw crushing and briquetting system.Besides,the paper calculates and analyzes the main parameters of the equipment,and draws the mathematical model of the whole vehicle by using SolidWorks software.Secondly,the author conducts finite element analysis of the frame part of the mobile granulator by using the ANSYS software.The results show that when the material is Q235,the frame strength is qualified,the deformation is small and the strain distribution is uniform.By comparing and counting the mobile granulator and the fixed granulator,the author find that mobile granulator has greater advantages:lower cost,simple technology,fewer the social and public resources occupied,which is in line with the development trend of agriculture and society in China.Thirdly,this paper selects the key components and analyzes the key technologies of the Internet of things,based on the design of remote monitoring platform for straw granulator.And,it introduces the form of Internet of things remote monitoring,designs the main interface,and summarizes the application method.Finally,this paper puts forward the control requirements and principle of the whole control system,and describes the control system hardware design,control system software design,circuit diagram design and human-computer interaction design respectively.Also,this paper introduces the selection of system hardware,the basic knowledge and working principle of each hardware module,as well as the module design of the software control part of each system,circuit design and human-computer interface design.Based on the above research,the maximum weight of the equipment is 6.5T,the operation speed is 1 km/h,the operation width is 1.8m,the maximum operation efficiency is 2T/h,and the maximum storage capacity of the vehicle hopper is 2T.The collection,crushing and granulation of straw can be carried out on the same platform at the same time.Not only the mechanical system of the system is integrated,but also the coordination ability,management ability,automation degree and monitoring degree of the multi equipment of the straw granulator are very high.In this paper,the research will directly improve the equipment to the level of intelligence,which has a good reference for the later design of this kind of equipment,and will provide some help to promote the in-depth use of straw in China. |
