This paper studies on a sprayer from the practical needs of the corn growers.There are many different kinds of sprayers in the domestic market at present.Sprayer uses mechanization to replace manual work, with advantages such as reducing the workload of laborer, improving working environment of laborers and improving the working efficiency. But the problems are existed as well. For example the small sprayer is low efficiency and unstable operation; the ordinary sprayer is only suitable for the low crops and costs high transport; the foreign large-scale machine costs higher. The aim of this paper is to research a selfpropelled hydraulic driving medium sprayer, which is suitable for highway and fields driving, so as to adapt to market needs.According to types and characteristics of the existing sprayer at home and abroad, This paper defines the whole design scheme of the lifting sprayer by combining with the related design technical requirements. Finally completed the lifting type sprayer configuration design by analyzing and researching every part and selecting key components by counting and analyzing. According to the parts of the actual installation position and size, three-dimensional modeling of spraying machine was finished.This paper completed longitudinal and lateral stability analysis of the sprayer Combing with the actual working environment of sprayer. Ensuring the running stability of the sprayer in the academic calculating by studying of reversal phenomenon of the sprayer by theoretic analysis and research and combining with the design data.The sprayer chassis capacity directly affects the safety performance of the sprayer. Using Ansys Workbench simulation software, the static and dynamic finite element analysis was carried out on the sprayer chassis. We gained dates of sprayer working performance, which provided a basis for analyzing theperformance of the sprayer.In order to preventing interference during the actuator movements, based on the Pro/ENGINEER software, the process that sprayer goes into the working state was simulated, proved that the structure of sprayer was designed reasonably.In view of the high cost and maintenance of hydraulic system, this paper optimized the hydraulic system so that using a hydraulic pump to provide power for every hydraulic system.This paper not only designs a self-propelled four wheel drive hydraulic sprayer, and its performance is analyzed, providing theoretical foundation of feasibility for further research.
