Chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujube Mill.) belonging to the genus Ziziphus mill,is a fruit treeresource inChina and the unique advantages of fruit species. Drought,salinity,jujubehas higher resistance,easycultivation and management,is the preferred varieties of Xinjiang fruit industry in the development ofwater-saving.In this paper,biological fertilizer in Akesu Junzao on applied research as the research object,the soil and leaf nutrient elements of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium,jujube,jujube fruit qualitydifferences of cyclic adenosine monophosphate content change in different period,jujube leaf chlorophyllandnitrogen phosphorus. Potassium.content change.in different developmental stages,jujube polysaccharidecontent.(1) showed that the soil nutrient experiment:through the analysis of differentfertilizer treatment effect ofFertilization on the difference in jujube,jujube tree growth quantity of treatment2and3better performance.Treatment of soil nutrient content of5is higher than other treatment.(2) showed that the jujube fruits and leaves at different developmental stages of cyclic adenosinemonophosphate experiment:cyclic adenosine monophosphateis one of the important matter in Chinesejujube,jujube fruit from fruit settingperiod until picking cyclic adenosine monophosphate content in theearly stage is also in constant change,adenosine phosphate content in leaves of Chinese jujube changeswith the seasons showed a certain degree of variation. cAMP content in the leaves of the jujube fruitmaturation showed a downward trend,October cAMP treatment difference does not vary significantly.Compared with July the overall downward trend.(3) Chlorophyll determination experiments show that:analysis of the correlation between chlorophyllcontent and chlorophyll content values from the SPAD, usingchlorophyll determination of jujubeSPAD-502meter is feasible,and the result isa true reflection of the chlorophyll content.Differences betweentreatment ofjujube leaf chlorophyll was not significant,and the chlorophyll content of leavesincreased withmaturation.(4) Showed that the fertilization experiment: the polysaccharide content was increased in various degreeswith no fertilization CK1,polysaccharide in July increased extent is respectively14.18%-75.77%inOctober,increasedrespectively85.71%-176.19%.Effects of different fertilization treatmentspolysaccharidecontent than no fertilizer with high content.3red dates and other varieties of water-soluble polysaccharidescontent is high.(5) The quality of fruit of jujube fruit sugar acid ratio of experiment content,protein,vitamin C were higherthan those in no fertilizer treatment,Zheng Mingshibiological fertilizer has certain ability on quality ofjujube fruit.
