The optimal proportion of inoculation was established through fermentation from apple pomace. The optimal inoculation quantity、urea adding quantity、fermentation time and moisture content were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal production technology for producing biotechnology fulvic acid was:inoculating quantity was7%, moisture content was50%, urea adding quantity was2%and fermentation time was30days.In this paper, Bacillus subtilis BS24and XM16were chosen to be the inhibitory bacteriums to four main phytopathogens of apple such as Alternaria mali Roberts、Cytospora spp、Botryosphaeria dothidea and Glomerella cingulata Schrenk et Spaulding. Then they were mixed to make compound antimicrobial community.Biofertilizer containing BFA and compound antimicrobial community were mixed reasonably to produce compound biofertilizer. Special ratios, directions and dosages of the product used for apple were obtained through the study. The applying experiment of compound biofertilizer containing BFA on apple indicated that the compound biofertilizer containing BFA obtained through the study could facilitate the growth of the apple, increase the sugar content and improve the quality of the apple. Compared with the control group, production increased633.7and694.8kg by24.6%and25.8%, output value increased¥1774.2and¥1389.6per mu yield, input-output ratio were1:3.4andl:2.5. The efficiency of increasing production and improving quality was clear.
