Phytalk Phytomonitor system produced by Israeli PhyTech Company was used for the automatic collection of diurnal variation process of the stem diameter, the fruit diameter, sap flow relative rate of Juglans regia ‘Xinwen185’and their environmental factors, and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis method was applied to analyze the relationship between the changes of stem diameter, the fruit diameter, the stem sap flow and environmental factors, the main research results as follows:The J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ stem diameter daily variation process curve demonstrated irregular dentate with 24 h cyclical fluctuations.Stem diameter variation was negative linear correlation with vapor pressure deficit under whatever the weather conditions. In annual growth metabolism restoration stage, the amplitude of variation of the stem diameter of J. regia ‘Xinwen185’is lager, and longer duration in the trough near. In annual growth metabolism stable stage, the diurnal variation of the stem diameter of J. regia ‘Xinwen185’shows obvious diurnal variation. Stem diameter decreases during the day and night water recovery, stem diameter increased. In annual stem rapid growth stage, the J. regia ‘Xinwen185’stem diameter daily variation in contrast to the first two phase change trend, the day increases, decreases at night.The whole growth stage, the stem diameter variations is mainly affected by the solar total radiation.Fruit diameter variation was negative linear correlation with the solar total radiation under whatever the weather conditions.The whole growth stage, the fruit diameter variations are mainly affected by the solar total radiation and air temperature.The stem fluid flow velocity of J. regia ‘Xinwen185’reflected significantly circadian rhythm changes. Under different weather conditions, the diurnal variation of the stem sap flow of J. regia ‘Xinwen185’are approximately same, but the maximum size is significantly different, sunny conditions is opposite bigger, cloudy conditions of the next time, overcast conditions relative to the minimum. The whole growth stage, the stem sap flow change process is similar, the nighttime stem sap flow remain relatively stable, starting around 9:30, sap flow rate increases, reaches a maximum value at about 11:00, after sap flow velocity decreases, reaches a minimum value at about 19:30, and then gradually resume.The whole growth stage, the stem sap flow variations is mainly affected by the solar total radiation.
