The Acute Toxicity Of Three Common Fishery Drugs To Perca Fluviatilis Linnaeus And Esox Lucius Linnaeus

The main economic fish of Xinjiang is based on to the Irtysh River basin indigenousfish,Irtysh River has unique location gave birth to their unique fish fauna,has greatvalue,received wide attention.The current development of Xinjiang indigenousfish,large-scale farming have been listed as one of the positioning and direction ofdevelopment of aquaculture in Xinjiang.Northern pike(Esos hucius),perch(PercaFluviatilis),tench(Tinca tinca),(L.dus Linnaeus),etc,have made a breakthrough ofprogress.With the increasing scale farming of perch,and Northern pike,disease prevention andtreatment issues is more and more serious.Since perch,pike farmed species are newlydeveloped,its drug sensitivity studies are still in a blank state,Blind use of medication in theartificial breeding process,drug abuse can not reach the result of prevention andtreatment.Therefore,the rational use of fishery drugs have very important significance.In this paper,according to the principle of hydrostatic biological toxicity tests,the acutetoxicity test,select three common fishery drugs (TCCA,avermectin,cypermethrin),have acutetoxicity test to determine each drug for the safe concentration of perch and Northernpike.Draw the following conclusions:(1)Perch is one of commercial fishes in Xinjiang.Safely using drugs is more and moreimportant with the growth of aquatic products.The experiment of static acute toxicity teststhat the safety concentrations of TCCA,avermectin,cypermethtin were0.259mg/L,0.114μg/L,0.007μg/L.The degrees of drug sensitivity were in the order asfollows:cypermethtin>avermectin>TCCA.(2)Northern pike is one of commercial fishes in Xinjiang.Safely using drugs is more andmore important with the growth of aquatic products.The experiment of static acute toxicitytests that the safety concentrations of TCCA,avermectin,cypermethtin were0.339mg/L,0.729μg/L,0.008μg/L.The degrees of drug sensitivity were in the order asfollows:cypermethtin>TCCA>avermectin.(3)Toxic effects of drugs on the realization of the main gill deformation,loosely arranged,gill leaflets twisted,swollen epithelial cells and capillary separation.The emergenceof severe gill has been completely deformed, no sort order,gill leaflets distorted,isolatedepithelial cells without capillaries,swelling and cell separation column,gill leaflets localnecrosis,and finally to the gills loss of respiratory function.Toxic effects of drugs on the liverhepatocytes mainly for swelling,blisters degeneration,atrophy of the nucleusdisappears,structural contours are still central vein and portal venous congestion,a largecongestion,nodular regeneration,and a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration.Therewill be severe,extensive necrosis of liver cells,a large number of inflammatory cellinfiltration.Toxic effects of drugs on the kidney tubules mainly deformation of thelumen,granular degeneration of epithelial cells,the cells are arranged irregularly,tubulardilation gap vascular congestion,kidney tissue structure is not clear.
