Gyrodactylus belongs to Monogenoidea,Gyrodactylidea,Gyrodactylidae,Gyrodactylus, is a kind of fish parasites, it is harm to host. This paper adopts the conventional fish survey, statistical methods and molecular biological methods, do the research of Gyrodactylus in Ergis River. This study we studied the species composition and population dynamics of Gyrodactylus, and identified with morphological methods and molecular methods, and to study the phylogeny. The results show that:(1) Through Light microscopy and Scanning electron microscope,we observed the morphological characteristics of Gyrodactylus with a staining method and plotted, measured and compared the structures of chitin. Totally 14 kind of Gyrodactylus were identified. Of them, four new records including G. lucii, G. tinca, G. markakulensisand, G. luciopercae, were found for the first time in China. In this paper,a new record with similar species were compared, and the drawing and description.(2) We also analyzed and discussed the infection rates, infection intensity,infection abundance. The results show that the most-infected host was Cyprinus carpio(23.94%), and the least-infected host was Perca fluviatilis(0.74%). Except Abramis brama and Cyprinus carpio haematopterrus and Cyprinus carpio, the infection rates in other fish species were less than 10%. The most susceptible hosts were Carassius auratus gibelio, Cyprinus carpio haematopterrus and Cyprinus carpio,with means squared values(S2/X) all larger than 1 and in aggregate distributions. The means squared values of infection rates in other fish species were all smaller than 1 and in uniform distributions.(3) Through statistics of Gyrodactylus host species, the results show that the host specificity of Gyrodactylus is very large,but a few Gyrodactylus species can infect 2 to 4 hosts, and several Gyrodactylus species may infect the same host.(4) Combined staining electron microscopy morphology and molecular biology methods(ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 rDNA markers). Identification the surface infection of Gyrodactylus for Carassius auratus gibelio, Abramis brama orientalis, Acerina cernua, Oncorhynchus mykiss. The results show Gyrodactylus species were: G. Sprostonae, G. elegans, G. brachymystacis, G. prostate. ITS sequences in GenBank similar rate of more than 99%; and upload obtain gene accession numbers are: KP295469, KP325623, KP295468, KP325622; and study of four Gyrodactylus phylogenetic. Phylogenetic Studies shows that G. brachymystacis G. Sprostonae located Limnonephrotus a subgenus, G. elegans and G. prostate located Gyrodactylus a subgenus, the phylogenetic relationship between two subgenus are relatively far away.It is to provides some basic data for the fishery development in Xinjiang and the research on Gyrodactylus in China.
