| Caragana Fabr.belongs to Leguminosae Xinjiang is the place with abundent species diversity ofCaragana both in China and in the world.In this article,native species to Xinjiang Caragana pumilaPojark.studied from the following aspects:seed propagation,Planting patterns,planting density,seedlingmanagement and transplanting seedling as the research content,to explore the rule grassland Caraganapumila Pojark seed seedling planting.After field investigations,indoor seed germination experiment andoutdoor potted plants experiment,data processing,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The results showed that the purpose of seedling emergence rate on study:Caragana pumila Pojarkseed with a brown brain grain seeds accumulated the highest germination rateï¼›Green, black and brownseed germination rate and germination rate were lower.(2)The results showed that the purpose of emergence rate on study:The purpose of this study is tounderstand the seedling emergence time of Caragana pumila Pojark. in the field,the seedling emergencerate through different sowing afforestation patterns and quantity.These findings indicated that the seedlingemergence rate(39~93%)and survival rate(77%)in spring sowing are higher than autumn sowing;thehighest emergence rate is appeared at the sowing after thermoplastics patterns,experienced rapid andregular growth in ridge sowing and the sowing after thermoplastics patterns,but emergence rate under directsowing patterns is relatively low and last longer. The highest emergence rate is appeared in5grain/hole ofspring sowing,which was significantly higher than10grain/hole(12.5%) and20grain/hole(19.5%),thenumber of seedlings increased as sowing quantity increased,but seedling emergence rate decreased assowing quantity increased.We choose the method of sowing after thermoplastics patterns for5grain/hole inspring sowing,which can improve the environment and also can increase the seedling emergence rate andsurvival rate in extremely cold areas or arid regions.(3)The results showed that the purpose of planting patterns on study:Different planting patterns on theprairie Caragana pumila Pojark planting seedlings all affect the plant heightã€root collar diameterã€lateralbranch numberã€leaf numberã€root lengthã€root collar diameterã€total root,as the change of different plantingpatterns present different trends,the comprehensive evaluation of ranking has best by sowing afterthermoplastics patterns,the planting patterns on average plant height can reach32.45cm,diameteraverages:0.302cm.after thermoplastics patterns in spring sowing is simple,economic convenient,biomassaccumulated more,fast growth is the most effective Caragana pumila Pojark feasible planting patterns.(4)The results showed that the purpose of densityon study:planting density on seedling biologicalquantity have certain influence of Caragana pumila Pojark;the trend of highã€root collar diameterã€lateralbranch numberã€lateral branch lengthã€compound leaf numberã€leaf of lang decrease with the increase of thedensity,and the leaf long Wide, no obvious change.Density have a positive effect on controlling prairieCaragana pumila Pojark seedling biomass allocation.Per plant for Caragana pumila Pojark has the bestoptimum density for the Caragana pumila Pojark seeding,plant height and diameter are:24.85cm,0.27cm,the biomass accumulated more,grow fast.(5)Seedling stage management and seedlings experiments showed:Seedling row measures for Caraganapumila Pojark have effects on seedling growth process,had no obvious effect on seedling growthprophase,has certain inhibitory effect on seedling growth medium,has a role in promoting the late seedlinggrowth.But the row or not impact on seedling growth was not significant of Caragana pumilaPojark.Weeding management measures for Caragana pumila Pojark has remarkable effect on seedlinggrowth,weeding processing plant height is5.5times that of the weeding disposal ground diameter is notweeding processing more than3times.Seedlings as the seedling raising time back rate reduceinstead,annual growth is falling. |
