The direct seeding technology of flue-cured tobacco is a new type of cultivation techniques, it is different from the traditional cultivation mode. It can cancell the transplanting and seedling management links, at the same time save manpower and material resources, adapt to the development requirements of the modern tobacco agriculture and avoid the seedling diseases and insect pests.In order to optimize each parameter of the cultivation technology, improve the efficiency of planting, increase the yield and quality of tobacco leaves, NC55coating seeds were used as materials to measure and analysis the agronomic characters, physiological traits of flue-cured tobacco seedlings and the chemical composition of tobacco after baking. The results are as follows:1.The color plastic film can provide seed germination and growth with the appropriate temperature environment. In this environment tobacco seed germination potential and germination rate is higher. Seedlings chlorophyll content is higher, and photosynthetic function is strong. The POD and CAT activity within tobacco plants were significantly increased, MDA content in the least, and improve the antioxidant ability of flue-cured tobacco seedlings.2.Loam owns good physical properties. Loam can improve the best environment for seed germination and grown. So the seed germinaton potential and rate were higher than other loam, and seeding agronomic characters is good, at the same time to ensure the normal mature yellow and at the right time to harvest tobacco. Chemical component conten of flue-cured tobacco leaves is reasonablet after harvested and baking within the reasonablet,sugar alkali ratio is appropriate.3.With the increase of amount of water, soil moisture content increases. Seed germination potential and germination rate were highest under1.5L/hole of water treatment. The root activity of tobacco plant become exuberanter, lateral root number increased under2L/hole of water treatment; POD and CAT activity were significantly increased, MDA content in the least, improve the antioxidant capacity of tobacco plants. seed germination potential and rate were lower and seedlings of physiological indexes is the worst under1L/hole of water treament.4.From March22to April1is time to seed tobacco. Early sowing, the flue-cured tobacco seed germination potential and germination rate were low, but the flue-cured tobacco had strong grown potential, tobacco leaf yield was higher, the quality of tobacco was good. On April11, seeding had higher germination potential and germination rate, but the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were low.5.Flue-cured tobacco field direct seeding technology compared with traditional seedling transplanting type, the taproot of tobacco plant by flue-cured tobacco field direct seeding technology is obvious thicker and longer, root activity is vibrant, leaf number and leaf area increase, incidence and disease index of tobacco decreased obviously especially virus disease, per plant tobacco yield and quality was improved. Compared with traditional seedling transplanting type, flue-cured tobacco field broadcast technology can reduce the amount of labor, and production cost is decreased obviously.
