Taking Comprehensive agricultural development zone in Kramay carbon sink forest as the research target, the sample method was used to study the underground water lever change out carbon sink forest, intercropping plant growth and underground water lever change caused by irrigation methods, soil properties change caused by planting patterns, land cover distribution caused by groundwater buried depth. Explore the technology which can curb carbon sink forest technology of underground water level. Explore the technology which can curb underground water level rise carbon sink forest. Provides the theoretical basis for improve soil, Optimization of planting patterns, Suitable economic forest tree species and corresponding cultivation conditions selection. The result shows that:(1)The underground water depth lever in Kramay carbon sink forest area upraise year by year, The average groundwater level from10.77m in2000raise to4.29M in2012; The rapid uplift stage mainly concentrated in2000to2008, from2008to2012the upraise speed was slowdown; Every year from May to October the depth of groundwater level is higher, the degree of underground water mineralization was down, pH value and total alkalinity was up.(2)Analysis result show that the irrigation water use is the main reason that cause underground water lever uplifting in carbon sink forest region. Through the comparison of different irrigation methods, found water-saving irrigation technology can effectively curb the rising of groundwater level, and it also can increase the yield and yield/(waterm3) of maize and other inter-cultures.(3)The carbon sink forest intercropping with grain crops and cotton can significantly improve soil physical and chemical index, organic matter, soil nutrient. Sever intercropping mode used in carbon sink forest all can decrease the soil pH value, increasing soil water content and soil bulk density, improve soil organic matter and available nutrients such as N, P, K, intercropping with alfalfa had the best result.(4)Embedded depth of groundwater level and the growth of aboveground vegetation have close relationship, when the local water level is higher than2m, the Populus russkii, Populus bolleana, Fraxinus rhynchophylla and Poplar couldent live. Advice when the underground water level is lower than4m cultivation of above four tree species; Different underground water level had less affection on the growth of Hippophae rhamnoides, when underground water level is lower than2m Hippophae rhamnoides growing better.(5) Through the study of ’Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao’ control efficiency in Xinjiang Karamay region, found that the parasitism rate on ’Melanophila picta Pallas’ was get prevention rate, introduction’Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao’to prevent ’Melanophila picta Pallas’ in Karamay region is a feasible method and has the promotion value.
