With the rapid development of global industrialization, the non-regenerated energy has been depleted and the ecological system has been disordered in a stage of the international community. Renewable utilization of biomass resource is facing more and more breadth and depth direction. Crop straw is a large output and stable performance resources, it will bring immeasurable economic, social and ecological benefits to the country.There has great significance for the sustainable development of agriculture, ecology and environment. The project is based on the domestic crops straw due to the unreasonable utilization of social, economic and ecological environment problems (destroy the land ecosystem, pollute the air environment), using waste straw to product new straw products such as flowerpot, tableware to meet the requirements of the ecological environmental protection, and satisfy the urgent needs of the people for green life.The characteristics and innovation of this research:1) Adhesive technology, the project use agricultural renewable resources such as starch as raw material to development the new environmental protection adhesive, which is environmental protection, no aldehyde and low cost. Choose a good crosslinking agent, generate half state crosslinking adhesive with starch, sealing and packaging the alcoholic hydroxyl of the starch, and reduce the water soluble. Composite and the reaction with urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive in the heat, generate the reticular structure of the resin that is stable. Ensure the product strength and toughness, at the same time, reduce the formaldehyde content significantly.2) Economic benefit, the production process is simple, the requirement of equipment is low, the operation is simple, the consumption of water and electricity is little, compared with the urea resin, save cost about1000yuan/t.3) The benefit of eco-environment protection, the project use starch from a number of sources as the main material, and the starch is not poison. There has no waste gas, solid waste and waste water in the production process. The products meet the requirements of E1grade, and can replace straw products were made by urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. Reduce the pollution of the aldehyde. After using and throwing away would not produce environmental pollution again.4) Project application, the environmental protection adhesive can provide for the development of daily necessities, home, office, packaging, building materials and other fields, there has broad application prospects.In this paper, using starch as raw materials, Research the special environmental protection adhesive which is suitable for the straw materials (wheat, rice, rapeseed, etc). Work out straw product according to environment protection and quality standard. The paper will be divided into five parts.The first part, introduced the straw production at home and abroad present situation, and the development trend of biodegradable products. Based on the former, and draw the strengths of existing research at the same time. Work out the main research contents and technical route in the project. The second part, prepare modified starch adhesive with corn starch as raw material. Use potassium permanganate as oxidant and borax as crosslinking agent. Preparing modified starch adhesive through oxidation, gelatinization and crosslinking reaction. Test of the modified corn starch adhesive, viscosity is35mm2·s-1, solid content is7.8%, swelling degree is2.17, water resistance test show that the starch adhesive can bear room temperature and60℃water bath more than2hours.The third part, use the modified corn starch adhesive to modified urine aldehyde resin adhesive, and preparation environmental protection glue adhesion agent to apply straw materials(the ratio of quality is4:1of starch adhesive and urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive), viscosity is34mm2·s-1, free formaldehyde content is0.075%, reach level El, water resistance test show that the starch adhesive can bear100℃water bath2hours.The forth part, study the extrusion molding technology of straw flowerpot. The main technological conditions:the upper and lower mold temperature, initial pressure, briquetting pressure, molding time and the way of exhaust.The fifth part, research the quality indicators of the straw product. Reference to the related standard, test the product quality indicator, provide the basis for production and use. The test project results:free formaldehyde content is0.059%, knot strength is1.63MPa, load ability is10~90kg, degradation rate is40.82%, degradation time is about6.42years, water resistance is good.In this paper, regard the biomass energy crops straw as the research object. Research and prepare the environmental protection starch adhesive to make straw products. Looking for the way of straw resources utilize effectively. The market capacity is large, the environmental and economic benefit is high. There have good development In harmony with environmental and economic.
