Study On Influence Factors And Countermeasures Of The Agricultural Aviation Development

Agricultural aviation, with its special characteristics, plays a significant role in agricultural production. It is the landmark of modern agricultural production. China’s agricultural aviation has developed so slowly that it has a long way to go to catch up with developed countries in this field. Therefore, it is a main issue to make a clear analysis of agricultural aviation in China.This paper will analyze the current situations of development of agricultural aviation both home and abroad in detail and conclude the advantages and experience of its development in other countries and the difference between them and China. By analyzing China’s development stages of agricultural aviation, this paper will explore the factors that have influences on agricultural aviation in China in different times. By means of collecting and organizing relevant data and information on natural resources, economic situations, agricultural aviation industry resources, operation techniques and policies both home and abroad, it will analyze the influence factors before concluding the current situation, variation trends and effects of them, and calculate the correlation coefficient between these factors and the annual operations This paper takes Yunnan as an example to estimate the demand of agricultural aviation manned aircrafts and UAVs in Yunnan’s farmland resources. Then it will analyze China’s spatial distribution of natural resources, aviation operation adaptability, economic situations, industry resources, and agricultural aviation operations. By comparing the regional developmental superiority conditions of all provinces, it will present strategic layout of agricultural aviation development and conclude the provinces that have advantageous resources in agricultural aviation and the districts that have primary development experience in agricultural aviation. In the end, based on the analyses mentioned above, this paper proposes some development solutions and suggestions on agricultural aviation in China.This paper aims to analyze the differences of agricultural aviation between China and developed countries and problems in China’s development in this field by a great amount of data surveys. It proposes rational and reliable development solutions to enhance China’s development in agricultural aviation and enhance China’s modernization development in agricultural aviation.
