Study On The Status And Development Strategies Of Aviation Forest Fire Prevention Of China

Forest is the foundation of human existence and the guarantee of sustainable development of society.Forest fires have caused great damage to the economic,social and ecological benefits of the country,which is one of the most serious natural disasters and public crises in today’s world.Aviation Forest Prevention is an effective way to extinguish forest fires,and is the symbol of the modern fire extinguishingTaking referential suggestions in Aviation Forest Prevention in China as the starting point,this study uses the literature research method to collect the relevant literatures and analysis both North and South at home and abroad,comparing with shortages,through the questionnaire and visiting to practitioners to collect materials,SWOT cross analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,and opportunities and challenges of Aviation Forest Prevention in China.Based on extensive research and demonstration,it will do a systematic study,aiming at the present situation and problems,new technology and cooperative engagement of Aviation Forest Prevention in China.And it will put forward countermeasures of its developmentThe results show that there is still a big gap on Aviation Forest Prevention between China and developed countries.It mainly embodies in these aspects:staffing,machine source,terminal construction which cannot meet the actual demand of aviation forest prevention,approaches and technology on aviation fire suppression,air-to-ground coordination efforts on extinguishing fires and industry norms and standards.As China’s forest capital coverage increased year by day,these problems become increasingly prominent.To solve these practical problems,the research puts forward some countermeasures:the first one to further improve the management system,reduce the difference.The second one is to develop cluster bucket fire extinguishing to improve the efficiency of forest aviation fire extinguishing.The third one is to stimulate the navigation market to expands of the source of machine.The fourth one is to improve the specialization level of aviation fire fighters and realizing a standardized operation of aviation.The fifth one is to increase the landing field and drop points in the field to save the flight costs and improve efficiency.The sixth one is to promote new technology and new equipment to promote the development of aviation fire.
