| At present, in the circumstances of economic globalization, the environment and energycrisis always restrict the development of all countries. If we can turn the direction of the energyutilization to the development and utilization of renewable resources, we not only caneffectively delay the consumption rate of non-renewable energy, but also can slow down thegradual trend of the scarcity of resources. Corn stubble, as a renewable biomass resources, toharvest it is gradually developed in recent years as a stubble processing mode, it not only canbring certain economic benefits and social benefits, but slao can provide a good soilenvironment for farming in the late. But the complex structure of corn stubble increases thedifficulty of the harvest, therefore corn stubbles harvest technology and device needs to befurther studied. Picking up stubbles as the key part of harvesting corn stubble, the reasonableparameter design of collector is very important to the collecting efficiency of corn stubbles.Aiming at the problem of collector, such as insufficient strength and rigidity, large powerconsumption, collecting the effect not beautiful, this research designs a new kind of collectorsuitable for corn stubbles harvester. This design mainly has the following three innovations:1.Through the theoretical analysis to optimize the structure parameters and the movementparameters of the collector;2. Increase the collecting efficiency of collector and wear-resistingperformance by adding the bionic elements;3.Using the method of finite element analysissimulating the working process of the collector, providing a reference for the actual processingand field experiment.In this paper, by studying the basic physical properties of crop stubbles received the fielddistribution of corn, the size of the basic parameters, the quality of vertical distribution andstubble’s center of gravity position, which provides a basic data for the subsequent theoreticalanalysis. Through the theoretical research on collector, the kinematics model of collector andstubble is established and analyzed the collision process of collector and stubble, and optimizethe structure parameters of the collector. With the aid of computer aided design method, using Pro/Engineer to create the three-dimensional entity model of all the parts of the collector andvirtual assembly. In order to analyze the strength and stiffness of the collector whether meetthe requirements, explore the modal frequencies and mode shapes of the collector in differentincentives, carry out statics analysis and modal analysis through inputting the three-dimensional model into ANSYS Workbench, obtained the stress nephogram, deformatio nnephogram and in the first ten order modal frequencies and mode shapes of the collector.This research work by extracting the rib structure of the body surface of Patinopectenyessoensis, using Origin software was carried out on the extracted data curve fitting, the formsuch as sine fitting equation. To analyze the ability of increasing friction and adhesion of therib structure of Patinopecten yessoensis, using the ABS works out three different specimen:no bionic structure, equal spacing rib structure, no spacing rib structure for comparativeexperimental research, the experimental results showed that the rib structure of Patinopectenyessoensis can increase the friction and adhesion, which provides a good bionic prototype forthe surface design of collector.Using Pro/Engineer designed two different spacing ribbed structure on the collector’spick-up teeth, in order to verify the rib structure on the collector is good for the collectingwork, analysis the interaction of collector and stubble in different collecting location in theprocess of collecting work, using transient dynamic module of ANSYS workbench analysisthe tendency of deformation and movement of stubble under three different friction factor andpoint location between the collector and corn stubble, the results show that the bionic designson collector is conducive to pick up the corn stubble.In this paper, the bionic design and simulation analysis for the collector of corn stubbles,fully considering the basic physical properties of stubbles and the parameters of the collector,which has an important significance for the research and development of collector and harvesttechnology. |
