In this paper, the effects of three experiments on K326, Hongda, NC82three different varieties of flue-cured tobacco under different fertilization treatments and different water treatments to find out its effects on growth, influence and related soil physicochemical properties. Finally, through the experimental method of coupling, find out the growth in waterand fertilization conditions the growth of flue cured tobacco of three different varieties and the distinction between the internal qualities. The main result of this research as follows:1. Different varieties of flue-cured tobacco under different water conditions on growth shows like:If increasing in soil water content, leaf agronomic shape was improved in different degree, the plant height was the most obvious, followed by the stem circumference, the maximum leaf length leaf width. If the increase is in soil water content, dry matter accumulation increased, which increases the most obvious manifestation of varieties Hongda, followed by K326, and finally NC82. Three kinds of flue-cured tobacco of different varieties to soil pH value and soil organic matter is the stabilization and adjustment to a certain extent. At different moisture conditions, three kinds of flue-cured tobacco varieties for soil pH value sensitive degree was K326> NC82> Hongda.2. Different varieties of flue-cured tobacco in different fertilization on growth and development status of that:If the increase in the amount of fertilizer, tobacco agronomic shape was improved in different degree, the plant height was the most obvious, followed by the stem circumference, the maximum leaf length leaf wide.If the increase in the amount of fertilizer, dry matter accumulation increased, which increases the most obvious manifestation of varieties Hongda followed by K326, and finally NC82. Three kinds of flue-cured tobacco of different varieties to soil pH value and soil organic matter is the stabilization and adjustment to a certain extent.3. In the experiment of water and fertilizer coupling in tobacco, the largest leaf length, plant height, stem girth leaf width other agronomic and plant dry matter accumulation have produced a significant difference, but the above differences can be found except coupling treatment source and water and fertilizer, the difference mainly come from its own cultivars. Integrated view of K326higher than the water requirements of Hongda NC82. And from the results of single factor on the K326fertilization effect is not obvious, but the effect of interaction between water and fertilizer was obvious. In addition, water and fertilizer coupling experiment can be seen, the adjustment of soil moisture content and appropriate to increase the amount of fertilizer, will affect the chemical composition content of tobacco leaf and proportion.
