PurposeBy getting sow their pathogens to infect the rat uterus SD, build endometritis model to investigate inflammatory cytokines in endometritis mechanism of action, and laid the foundation for revealing the pathogenesis of meningitis separated from the uterus.MethodsThe experiments were performed Isolation and identification of swine E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and two strains of bacterial meningitis was built in the rat uterus SD pathogens, construct unilateral autologous uterine endometrium as control of SD rats inflammation model, the production of uterine pathology and pathological observation and research on endometriosis-related inflammatory cytokines using antibody microarray technology steps.ResultIsolated pathogenic Escherichia coli and swine Staphylococcus, copied the SDrat model of endometritis, detected the inflammatory cytokines in uterine tissue in27using the antibody chip technology, including CINC-1, CINC-3, IL-la, LIX increased significantly, these four cytokines significantly difference, CINC-2significantly, cytokines had no significant differences of other detection.ConclusionSD rat model of endometritis, between these inflammatory cytokines CINC-1,CINC-3, IL-la, LIX, CINC-2balance is broken, the proinflammatory cytokines play a leading role, resulting in inflammatory and immune responses of uterus, eventually lead to occurrence endometritis. Description CINC-1, CINC-2, CINC-3, LIX, IL-la occurred during the five inflammatory cytokines in rat endometritis played an important role.
