Endometritis of cows is limited to inflammation of the pathological process of endometrial, which is a commom disease in cow. With the rapid development of China's dairy industry, epidemiological survey indicate the incidence of endometritis in dairy cows significantly increasing . The disease seriously affect milk production and milk quality, and some patients eventually develop into infertile cows causing great economic losses.Currently the treatment methord rely mainly on collaborative of antibiotics and hormones. With the progress of people living standard ,the negative effects are excessive drug residues which due to the abuse of antibiotics in livestock and poultry products, and drug-resistant strains of pathogens. The issue of antibiotic residues in livestock products has restricted the export. Some restrictions on antibiotic use regulations were introduced, so that the biological treatment of endometritis highlights a more important role. Probiotics that have good probiotic effects and good antimicrobial characteristics recently become an ideal choice for pollution-free products. This study that based on micro-ecological theory from 5-10 days postpartum uterine secretions of cows isolated from E.faecalis. Biological characteristics with acid, high temperature, good growth performance, features and strong acid production capacity, and it has well inhibiting effect on E.coli,S.aureus,S.agala in vitro. The sub-acute animal experiment confirmed that the strain is safe. The strain perfusion experimental model in rats endometritis obtained the following results:1 The mixed pathogenic bacterias of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae (bacteria liquid volume proportion was 2:1:1) were inoculated in uterine cavity using surgery method, and the control group was not inoculated. The macroscopic anatomical lesions, histopathological change and uterine index were detected at 3,6,9,12 days post inoculation (d.p.i.),and pathogenic bacterias were isolated from uterine elution at different time points also. The uterine index of infected rats increased more significantly than that of control among 3 to 12 days post inoculation(P<0.01).Uterus of infected rats showed acute catarrhal inflammation (3 and 6 d.p.i.),suppurative inflammation (9 d.p.i.) and chronic proliferative inflammation (12 d.p.i.) with the progress of the infection. The damage of uterus including, uterine epithelial cells shedding, hyperaemia, haemorrhage, and inflammation cells infiltrates was observed at early stage of infection, and muscularis thickening was shown at later period.Rat model of endometritis was established by using surgery method, and the appropriate time for development of rat model of endometritis was 3 days post inoculation. 2 Obtain one lactic acid bacteria through MRS agar culture from 5-10 days postpartum secretions, identified them by biochemical tests and biological characteristics. The results were E.faecalis, growing in 10℃,45℃,pH4.4,pH9.6 conditions.Growth curves and pH values of test results showed: after 18h culture cell concentration reached balance and OD680 nm values stabilized at 0.73.Stable phase of stage, almost no increase in acid output, maintain the pH value of 4.31.Antibacterial tests showed that: the strains of E.faecalis on the antibacterial effects of E. coli is highly sensitive; on antibacterial activity of S. aureus are moderately susceptible; on antibacterial activity of S.agalactiae are low sensitive.Sub-acute toxicity test showed that the strains of E. faecalis on the animal is safe, and can be applied to clinical trials.3 By E. faecalis endometritis infusion rat model of experimental results show that:Concentration 108CFU/mL of E.faecalis can significantly reduce the inflammatory response in rats endometrium and inhibit the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria from endometritis. The uterine index of treatment group and control group was not significant.Uterine tissue microstructure showed normal. Treatment group at all treatment time points and the model group were significantly different in uterine index.Model control group at all time points express acute catarrhal inflammation, hemorrhagic inflammation and chronic proliferative inflammation.E. faecalis in experimental endometritis treatment of rats indicate better results...
